I live here 6yrs it had its shares of ups and downs changing management but since this new management took over mr Ricky and his new maintenance guys has been on it none stop to make these apartments perfect again

Management is horrible , apartments falling apart

This complex switches management every 6 months almost . Office never know what’s going on when you call they always have unexpected charges when rent is due and blame it on the portal or another company. But expects you to pay the balance anyway unfixed or they try to evict you out through court . I’ve had issues with my apartment since I’ve moved in . Balcony falling down , pest control issues , broken cabinets all toilets doorknob , lights you name it . Brought it to management attention ...
several times with no help . Offered to move to another unit because of these issues and they wanted to force me to pay a transfer fee . Even asked about moving out since I’m unhappy with the apartments . Now trying to force me into a eviction or broken lease which is unfair . I have all proper documentation from emails to text messages to my move in list where I reported all issues in 2022. I’m definitely sueing this complex and I’ve reported them to the apartment association waiting on a update . My apartment has mold in the bathroom been growing for months . DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. People move out so fast and now I know why . Wish I would have listened to the reviews

I am a new resident of Ashford Court Apartments as of August 2023 and am enjoying the quiet community. I have already made use of the complex's various amenities, as well as, explored the beautiful outdoor scenery where paths are great for running, walking pets, and even just meditation! I would definitely recommend Ashford Point Apartments as a place to live. It's a family friendly community with schools, parks, and restaurants near by. Very peaceful and non-violence area

Men I love these apartments .They are very clean ,peaceful ,spacious and well maintained ,no violence no dramas .The staff is super friendly especially Leslie she knows to handle her tenants very well she is very sweet and helpful person and makes sure everything is in good shape .i hve been living in this apartment for 2 years I never had any problem ,they always takes care of their tenants and very welcoming.xoxo

DO NOT MOVE HERE

the company that took over this apartment complex is ridiculous!! I have had renters insurance for almost 3 years here..now they keep charging me with their own insurance and STILL haven't taken it off my bill and are saying that I will be evicted if i don't pay my balance. In the last 4 months this place has changed for the FAR worse, people smoking pot at 7:30 in the morning while kids are going to school. The police have been out here 3 times in one week just in my little area alone. ...
Windows are broken out and haven't been replaced..they just board them up. Shady characters walking around at all times asking you for cigarettes and whatever and yelling and fighting!! Trash EVERYWHERE! Most dog owners don't have their dog on a leash so they come after my dog...not to mention all the poop around here...even on the sidewalks!! The laundry room is never cleaned..it's disgusting! Old refrigerators and stoves not being cleared away just sitting around different places in the complex. The pool hasn't had not ONE chair in the last 2 months plus they closed it early due to "cleaning". This place is a disgrace and UNSAFE to live at now to the point that I take my gun with me just to walk my dog! If you have kids....please don't subject them to these unsafe living conditions at this place!! And to the new owners..YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED....DO BETTER!!

I would not recommend this apartment. They give you clean apartment (they have too). However 1-3 days later roaches appear. Thought I can control it…but there are too many kept rising from ground up; upstairs bedroom too. I spent too much money on daily cleaning and roach prevention products but no use. I requested multiple pest control services but no use. The management would not release me from the lease. They force me to live in unsanitary condition environment; and I have a new born. Roaches ...
are now everywhere in the apartment. All tenants can validate this. DONT LIVE HERE!!!

he worst apartment in the Houston area. Please avoid this place at all costs. Management will not resolve your issue. The area is very chaotic. Common areas place like mailboxes are always broken. The previous management was commendable, providing high-quality customer service. However, since the new management took over, there has been a noticeable decline in the level of customer service. I have been subscribed with them for four years, and I am required to pay $20 each month. I have already provided all the necessary documentation to demonstrate that I have active insurance coverage until February, but they have lost my contract file, and the contract contains the insurance policy, and ...
I am being asked to contact another corporate entity to inform them about my active insurance, in order to have the $20 charge decreased from the payment. I kindly request that you rectify this situation promptly. As a long-term customer, I believe it is unfair to be burdened with additional charges due to a miscommunication or administrative error. It would be greatly appreciated if you could investigate this matter and resolve it in a timely manner. However, considering the current circumstances, I must admit that I am starting to feel disheartened by the experiences I have had with your company. I encourage you to reflect on the service you are providing and consider the impact it has on your customers. I believe that for the sake of your reputation and customer satisfaction, it may be beneficial for me to explore other alternatives. I sincerely hope that you will take my concerns seriously and work towards a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
