ABYSMAL EXPERIENCE- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
Staff was extremely deceptive, rude and unprofessional. -Especially Isabel, Renee, and Jasmine
After touring, I found an available unit I wanted to lease. I went to the office IN PERSON with a check to apply for the unit. Once i started filling out the application- they told me the unit may not be ready by my move in date, even though it was more than 2 weeks out and online the unit said it was available immediately. I asked if i could still apply
...and she told me not to, but assured me that they would hold the apartment until they found out what date the unit would be available. I came in/called them every day for 5 days straight, to check the status on the apartment and everyday i was brushed off and told that they were still holding it. After the 5th day I received and email saying that unit had been leased. They clearly either lied to me or dropped the ball on what they promised. When i finally got a hold of Renee, she told me she would try to get me another unit for a similair price BUT never returned any of my phone calls and was not able to fulfill her promise even though it was her office that was at fault. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with
