Going downhill fast!!
March 14, 2019If I could give no stars I would! Ever since the new owners bought this place, it has gone downhill!! The lady at the front desk is so ignorant and rude! They don’t want to fix anything, a bunch of us have non working doorbells and they said it costs too much to fix, yet keep raising the rent. They no longer plow the parking lot just the driveway and it turns into a skating rink in the winter. The hallways look like we live in the projects, and would look nice with a new paint job and carpet ...cleaning. The machines in the laundry room are always broke and it’s disgusting in there!! Great Location, Great Apartment
January 17, 2017We moved to Atrium West late 2016 and we enjoy it here so far. The apartments are cozy, comfortable, spacious, and the location is great. There is a 24-hour grocery store next door and is also close to public transportation stops, many restaurants, and close to highways. Neighbors are friendly and quiet and the management is also very friendly and responsive. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.Reseña de Apartments.com

Dont do it. They dont care about you
October 15, 2016this place is a health risk me and my kids are always cold or warm in this building ever since they switched management they do not care they blame everything on there just new. they need to fix everything that is going on with the apartment buildings. Also if you want to live next to a bunch of gang members and people that smoke illegal drugs here this is the place for you but not for me don't do it if you have kids. if I had the option there would be no stars up there and negative 10 stars.Reseña de Apartments.com

Do not live here!!!
March 4, 2016Ever since the atriums switched owners, staff and management has gone down hill. It is always dirty, can never get a hold of anybody. All the residents in the buildings are having issues with the apartments being either too hot or too cold, and even though this issue has been brought up multiple times to staff it has yet to be addressed. There are over 80 apartments in each building, and only one out of three dryers and four out of six washers that work properly. Also when you do laundry, the ...laundry room floods. Management is only here to collect rent, and can never be reached, even in an emergency. Rent is also bring increased for all residents. It is being justified as a need to keep the "great maintenance and services" that are being provided. My incredible apartment.
August 14, 2015I have a wonderful apartment. It has a big pretty courtyard where kids could play and adults could relax and enjoy the fresh air. The bus stop is just in front of the building. There is a jewel right next door which is opened 24 hours a day. I love the big bedrooms,living room and dining room. The staff is amazing and how they keep this place clean.
