June 22, 2026Welcome to the area! Relocating out of state for work can be a whirlwind, but it sounds like you hit the ground running and found the perfect landing pad. Being so close to Redstone Arsenal makes that daily commute incredibly smooth, and having a modern, spacious layout definitely helps a new place feel like home much faster. It really is a prime location—you get that quiet, peaceful vibe at home but can still be at the Botanical Garden or running errands in just a few minutes.

Management is professional and they actually follow through when they say they'll do something. My only complaint would be that sometimes the dog park gets a little muddy after it rains but thats not really a big deal. Took my kids to the Huntsville Botanical Garden last weekend which is just a short drive away.
