New management is horrible
April 25, 2020Ever since the new management took over, this place has gone to filth. The office number is not in service. The Maintanence staff is horrible! The water in our building has been turned off several times within the past week and never have we been given proper notification of it being turned off like the previous management would advise. They have no type of respect for the current and / or previous tenants. The level of professionalism is terrible. I've been here for three years and can not wait ...until our lease is up to move out. And be careful if we decide to do it before hand. It's so upsetting to see this lack of integrity from a NEW company. Horrible transitional process! Horrible service and horrible living ! August 5, 2018The worst apartment ever. They show you the model apartment but when you see the real apartment is nothing compare to the model. A lot of roaches everywhere, the bathroom all dirty. I dont recommended to no one. And also ask to see the real apartment first not the model.Property Manager Responded

Worst Experience Ever
July 12, 2018I never got to live here, but I'm glad I didn't. The management never answers the phone and they've withheld my application deposit for at least 4 months now. It was a mistake to even consider moving here.Property Manager Responded

Worsted Apartments Ever

The manager has no compassion and he never tries to fix anything if you move in here please be aware that they have only redid some of the apartments they haven't fixed everything and not everything properly works right. Turned bad with new management
July 10, 2017I have lived here for 3 years now and the only problem I have had were roaches. Then the new management came in. At first the first managers were nice, and helpful, but then Arvin became manager. He is the rudest person, and he will NEVER take the blame, even if a problem is on him. July 6, 2017Arvin the manger is horrible and rude he lies about any fixes you need in your apartment and anytime you call the office to speak to him he leaves and blames maintenance didn't make it on time they have went through numerous people in the office due to poor management. Also revotations are trash and there is always trash around the place roaches and ants, please keep your money. March 20, 2017We visited a family member who lives here. The apartment was recently remodled and it's very nice. Loved the kitchen counters and the new stainless steel appliances. March 18, 2017I have lived here for almost 4 years and have seen many changes take place. The new owners for Aventura have done a fabulous job remodeling these apartments. They were starting to fall apart and now they are beautiful. Arivn and Aaron have been so nice and helpful to me . They both greet me with a smile and say hello to me and say something positive always. I enjoy coming to the office to chat with them always . I see them going around helping residents at all times. They walk the property to ...ensure that things are going okay.They both are quick to help when needed and I really like that. Glad I am still a resident here.
