      Newly renovated! Everything is new! Great area. Safe neighborhood. And friendly people and wonderful staff! So many places to eat and shop and have fun around here and very close to the college!

      They have held onto our 1.5 month deposit with now explanation will not return our calls. Have auto locking hotel doors and they will not answer. Complete crooks

      We moved into a furnished apartment/hotel room with broken furniture, hanging wires, stained and dirty carpet and furniture. It took 2 weeks to get a microwave. They are SO UNORGANIZED…..it feels like they have no experience. No one answers the phones. One maintenance person Since I’ve lived here two months, there have been 3 property managers. CONSTRUCTION ISSLOW AND TAKING FOREVER. So many lies have been told. I wish I could get out of this!

      We’ve had issues with these apartments since day one. We moved in august 1st. First of all when we moved in the main air conditioner didn’t work. They refused to fix it since we had a window air conditioner in the bedroom. As you can imagine this was not enough in the august heat. It was miserably hot in the apartment. We also had noticed there was mold in the window air conditioner in our room. We have a 2 year old and I’m pregnant… We attempted to contact management multiple times. We called ...
      and went to the leasing office. Never got a hold of them to come clean out the air conditioner or something since there was mold. We had to take the air conditioner apart ourselves and clean out the mold so my 2 year old and I didn’t get sick. Next issue, it’s now November and started getting cold, especially at night. Cold enough where you have to run your heater… our heat stopped working after a week of using it. Again they are refusing to fix it because there is a gas fireplace in the living room. In my 2 year olds room gets so cold that he is unable to sleep in it. When we finally got maintenance up to our apartment to look at it he said the whole heat/ac unit needed replaced, and said “it’s not his job to fix it” and he slammed our door in our face… literally. We’re expecting our baby in 2 weeks. We can’t bring a newborn home to an apartment without heat. We recently got accepted for a new apartment and we have tried to reach the leasing office to fill out a rental verification letter. We’ve called and went to the office. The leasing lady will not answer us. When looking at the apartment it seems like a decent deal because rent is cheap for the area, it’s 100% not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone.

      I took my son here to look at an apartment. After about a half hour of no one answering the door or the phone, we decided to try again the next day. We did take a quick peek in an open window and saw nothing but junk in the apartment. We decided to look in another open window and again, saw nothing but junk filled inside it. Open windows like this to trashed units should have been our first sign. The next day we attempted to see an apartment again and the same thing, no answer at the door. A ...
      young gentleman leaving the building right behind the office told us good luck talking to the manager or anyone else. I asked if that was normal, and he said yes maam. So we decided to walk around the complex, and it was absolutely terrible the amount of trash and weeds all over the complex. Two buildings literally had trash laying around in the hallways on the ground floor. There’s no telling what was up on the higher floors. This place looks poorly managed and I’m stunned this is allowed to happen in such a nice part of town. Management should be replaced here.

    • WORST APT EVER

      They have a low price because it sucks! The ac was out in our apt for over 4 months! During the summer… the single repair man had very little idea what he was doing or he had a tiny budget which caused nothing to be fixed. The sides are separate and the larger bedroom has its own ac unit where as the apartment wide ac never worked, the maintenance guy said the whole building didn’t have ac and that he would fix it within the week. In fact the fire alarm went off TWICE in one night at 10pm and ...
      again 1am because a storage room was THAT HOT. The elevator has worked once, and the property manager pretended that they didn’t know it was broken had some guy come in to fix it and it worked for a couple hours. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
