Worst Place Ever

Living here has been horrible. There has been roaches in the bathroom and living room. Gnats everywhere! We found a bat hanging in our ceiling. There has been a cracked window prior to moving in that has never been repaired. And monthly A/C issues! My car had a bullet on the driver side from a random drive-by on my birthday and my roommate's car has been towed due to management not providing us a parking decal.

Undoubtedly the worst living experience I've ever had. I hate to go "male karen" on an organization but I want to save/prevent people from enduring any trouble. Firstly, you have a better chance of winning the lottery than someone answering the phone. I kid you not, their customer service is simply non-existent. Also, to add insult to injury, my AC was broken for TWO months. Yup. You read that correctly; and they wouldn't agree to any credit towards my rent for the inconvenience. Oh and you might ...
want to stay "strapped" as the area is dangerous and you will definitely see sheriff cars in the parking lot frequently. Save your money and go elsewhere- you'll be glad you did!

Nightmare!

Living here was a horrible experience!!! I lived there for about 1 year and it was a nightmare! We were told that the refrigerator will be in the apartment as soon as we move in, after 1 month we still had no refrigerator. We had serious problems with the kitchen drain, it almost flooded with polluted water! and it was resolved a week later only after several visits and complaints to the office manager. After 6 months one morning I woke up and my car was not in the parking lot, turns out my car ...
was towed by Avina North, their excuse was that they forgot to give me a parking permit tag and the worst thing is management told me "You can go pick it up" like it's my fault. Garbage is everywhere! pets off leash, noisy neighbors yelling at night and smoking illegal stuff. There was a shooting at a teen party in the apartment across from me! It is definitely not a safe environment for children or anyone! THE OFFICE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE CALLS, I moved out and they are still charging me rent, I even personally handed the keys to the manager and signed a "form". I am still waiting for my security deposit, I hope they will be honest and refund me at least that amount (Anyway I do have proof of the conditions I found the apartment when I first moved in)

Don’t Move Here-it’s a DUMP

To start with I would give this place zero stars but that isn’t an option. The entire complex is nothing but a DUMP. Lack of maintenance and even caring about the property is obvious. Trash dumpsters that overflow onto the ground, lack of grass and landscaping maintenance, lack of screens and basically a lack of caring. If this place burned down to the ground it would be a major improvement. Don’t move here EVER!!

Very nice customer service Cristopher at the front desk was very helpful in providing me with the information i was looking for. like the paraments and there availability and many other things . The property manager Emanuel was also very nice and helpful providing me with information about his property and the area around it. They have a very nice pool area the pool is very clean and very blue really nice scenery and calm mood.

I applied may 10th 2021 still haven’t received any updates on application they don’t answer the phone I had to call maintenance to actually speak with someone he told me he would have an update took my information down still no update the process only take 24-72 hrs today is may 20th 2021 .

The New Manager Ms. Crystal is absolutely wonderful person. Very good Customer Service and she cares about thr residents. My requests for maintenance have been addressed in a timely fashion and thoroughly taken care of. The vendors and New maintenance supervisor Jose are also working hard to provide Good services when on the property and pleasant environment. This change has been a Blessing.

It has been a wonderful experience working with the new management company at Laurel Crossings. I just rented a 2 bedroom apartment and it only took 4 days to process everything to get me moved in. I am so happy and grateful to the leasing staff and the maintenance staff for making everything perfect for my move in on such short notice. The newly renovated units have real nice upgrades. This place has changed so much. I am glad to be back. I recommend this apartment to everyone.

I've lived here almost 6 years NEVER EVER EVER BEEN LATE ON RENT NEVER NOT PAID MY RENT I'M OUT EVERYDAY TRYING TO FIND HELP...MY TRUCK WAS IN THE SHOP FOR 3 MONTHS I HAD TO GET IT OUT TO GET TO SCHOOL... I'M A DISABLED VETERAN AND IM A INTERN AT A MEN'S RESOURSE CENTER AND UBER WAS KILLING ME.... SO NOW THEY WANT TO THROW ME AND MY WIFE OUT I'M NOT EVEN 13 DAYS LATE YET....I KNOW THERE'S PEOPLE STILL HERE THAT HAVEN'T PAID....BUT I'M GOING TO KEEP ASKING TO GET HELP...BUT I WILL FIND THE OWNER ...
AND ASK HIM WHY HE HAS TO HAVE SOMEONE IN HERE SO MEAN....
