Good building worst manager.

The building is old but it's in decent enough shape. Looks good from the outside and in the units, but building interior is pretty old and not taken care of. There are many kids that run around screaming all day but no parents it seems. The worst part is the manager Maria. She has filled most of the apartment with her own family which causes many problems. If you have something to be repaired don't be in line behind her family or it will take weeks to be done poorly. She is loud on many occasions ...
past midnight, but she is quick to get on your case if you ask her to keep it down. The owners Mark and his wife Ada also don't speak to her about these issues and instead ask you to be a "good tenant" and let it slide. They want to raise the price, beware of what you're going to get into.
