I can't say enough good things about living at Balcara. The community is wonderful, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure we feel safe and cared for, especially during stressful times. Recently, we went through a severe storm, and Brian and Adam were nothing short of amazing. Brian was proactive in making sure everyone was prepared, ensuring the safety of all the residents. He stayed in touch with us throughout, providing updates and making us feel secure during the entire ...
ordeal. Adam went the extra mile by checking in and even took down our shutters after the storm passed, which was a huge help. We have natural sunlight again thanks to him. The level of care and attention they provided truly sets this complex apart. It's not just about the beautiful homes and amenities – it's the people who make it special. We feel lucky to live here and be part of such a great community, thanks to Brian, Adam, and the entire team. Highly recommend - 10/10!
