Bantry Bay is a terrible place to live. The property manager never answers the phone or returns phone calls. They charge community water and community electric charges which total nearly $50 a month (The property does not have any community utilities such as a pool, clubhouse, or even on site leasing office). In addition, you are charged a monthly pest control fee and a damage waiver fee. They have not provided any pest control in over nine months and maintenance never fixes anything. There have ...
been two separate instances in the last year, where our water has been shut off for 3 or more days due to water line repairs. Which still do not seem to be fixed. The company has been using my address as their on site leasing office and strangers come to my door constantly. For months, maintenance was having large packages delivered to my door and they would pick them up at 11pm with warning me. So if you have an issue, it will not be fixed and they penalize you if you choose not to renew your lease. My final complaint, which is not necessarily the fault of the property is that there has been a frequent issue of cars being broken into. My car has been broken into three times in the last year.

The management team is responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. I also appreciate the sense of community here; the neighbors are respectful, and it's a safe environment. The location is convenient, with easy shopping, dining, and transportation access. Overall, I highly recommend Bantry Bay to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living experience in a great neighborhood. ...

If I could give a 0 star I would. They give you unready apartments to move into. Maintenance doesn't have the skill or knowledge to fix things correctly or in a timely manner. The office lady is rude & lies to your face. Annoying place to live. You can find better I promise! It's a headache to get maintnence to fix anything they all blame management.

Horrible management / maintenance. If they would just get new employees that actually did their job the place wouldn’t be half bad! I believe they disconnect their office phones ! The management and maintence makes this place horrible

Quiet, but Affordable and Close to Everything

I rented here years ago, was in the area, and thought I'd drive through. I was surprised that the apartments don't look very large, but they really are ...Both in terms of square footage, and that the vaulted ceilings make them feel larger. I lived in both a one bedroom apartment and then a two bedroom apartment. The walk in closets are HUGE! All of the rooms were larger than I would have expected, and there is a full size washer and dryer in every apartment. It's a small cozy community with some ...
