    DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Horrible apartment complex with inattentive management/maintenance who are usually completely unresponsive! In our first weekend living here our power went out completely in the kitchen affecting all appliances and the fridge. We immediately put in a maintenance request, called, emailed, and physically went to the front desk and the issue did not get resolved for 3 DAYS!! And we were not reimbursed for the over $300 of food spoiled and over $200 we spent eating out over the ...
    weekend. Since then the power has gone out multiple times with one maintenance request taking almost 2 weeks to get handled! And was marked as resolved after 1 week with no contact with us. We were also promised a brand new gym that would be ready by summer and were told the saunas were already shut down and being moved so we couldn't see them. Management recently admitted this was a complete lie. The gym will not be finished any time soon and the saunas are fully operating, but only get to 90* and are FULL OF MOLD. We were also promised a "quiet" apartment complex because we both work from home. What we got is an apartment facing loud bars with people being rowdy into the night every night, and located directly above multiple trash cans with garbage trucks coming every day 2-3 times (from 7 am - 3 pm) that are insanely loud as well as people digging through the trash most nights. Our bedroom wall is also directly attached to the trash room where the valet trash service is emptied every night around 10 pm when we are trying to sleep. And after all of that, they will not let you out of your lease without "buying out" for over $5k even after they break the lease agreement multiple times. HORRIBLE apartment complex with DISGUSTING amenities and NO SECURITY. You will find a better price and better place literally anywhere else.

    Housing complex is awful, consistent water turn offs including lack of warm water, lack of heat in dryers and available washers. Recently had a power outage in the complex lasting 18+ hours. Interior carpeting a mess, stained, dirty, etc. avoid at all costs.

  • Dorm style life

    The apartments are old and rundown. There is no security and solicitors knock on my door all the time. I have had my laundry stolen twice since anyone can access the buildings. The new management company by FPI management is just terrible. The only plus side is they are pet friendly.

  • New movers!

    We just moved in! I like the size of our one bedroom. It’s just enough for us two and our pup (oh yes they are definitely dog friendly) we live close to the parking lot so we don’t walk around as much but we do take the dog for walks around and the amenities are really great; especially for what you pay here. Cannot go wrong. Lief really helped us move in SO fast!

  • Vacation Like Feel! Management for Residents!

    My girlfriend and I moved into Baypoint in August 2018, and the leasing agent was an angel to us, she found the perfect spot with a bay view on 3rd story, unfortunately she is not here anymore (Jennifer, I wish you the best and thank you). We have been impressed by the amenities and events that the complex has. I use the gym, sauna, business area, pool, jacuzzi and more. Yes, the complex is old and some gym equipment is dated but it works. If you have any issues where you need maintenance, ...
    they usually respond fairly quickly and will call your phone number directly to address the issue as soon as possible. The only downside to maintenance is water being shut off. This happens completely unexpectedly without notice, and I have addressed this with management and they are working for a system. I am hoping some sort of notification system is rolled out in 2018. The only issue that I have had is when my bike was mistaken for being abandoned and it was disposed of. At the time I was furious, but after speaking with management they were very understanding and allowed me to blow off my steam, and then eventually compensated me for the mistake. Overall, I love the complex. The units are large and open and allow for a bunch of sunlight through. Then in general it kind of seems like you’re living at a hotel and always on vacation when walking around, it is really nice. The management has changed recently and the new manager is really working to improve things with all of the residents. After speaking with her, it made me feel good that it seemed like we have a manager on duty that understands her residents and will work for US to make us happy. Thank you.

    The management staff is rude and condescending and unwilling to help you resolve issues with your apartment. My apartment flooded twice while living there. Cockroaches everywhere all over the complex. Parking is horrible if you come home anytime after 5pm. Many other apartments that are in better shape for a better price and location with better managers/landlords.
