DO NOT RECOMMEND
July 13, 2025Well first they put me in a completely unfinished apartment. I got my keys and was supposed to move in October 1st, but was unable to do so because they were still working on the inside the apartment. I wasn’t able to move into the unit until October 15th. Even when I moved in October 15th, there was still so much unfinished things in the unit. I didn’t even have a smoke detector. My windows didn’t open. It was just a big fire hazard if you ask me. We kept getting a new property manager. In the ...time that I lived here we had at least 4 different property managers. I was promised an apartment with a washer and a dryer and I had neither nor did I have connections to bring my own. They told me they would have to redo my whole living just for me to get the washer and dryer that I was PAYING FOR MONTHLY. You also pay for valet trash which THEY DONT HAVE! I told them that I had mold in my apartment and nothing was done about it. My kitchen was always flooding due to the people that lived on top of me. My bathroom ceiling would leak in the master bedroom. Literally had water running down my walls due to whatever the people upstairs had going on. My floorboards would always have water coming in from when it rained. My patio door was allowing rain to come in as well. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
The worst place to move
January 13, 2020Please do not move here this place is a complete dump the health department needs to be called they have plumbing issues in the entire complex and in the summer the air goes out every other day. also pest problems this have place is a living nightmare. needs to be shut down.Property Manager Responded

Please I’m saving you from the worst decision ever
February 4, 2019Please please do not move to Timberchase apartments throw the whole complex away . I am soooo so happy to be moving out in April I’ve hated my experience here since I moved last year we’ve even through 5 different managers no one knows what they’re doing I’ve had to go out of my way to pay for rent literally PAY FOR RENT they took the drop box away I try to go online the site doesn’t work one day it works I type my name in the system it doesn’t pop up!!! I get back in town took off work on a ...Monday so I try to go there to see if they can fix the site issue ITS LITERALLY SOME OTHER RANDOM PERSON IVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE it makes no sense . Please save yourself the trouble I always smell my neighbors food it’s terrible I’ve had water come out my ceiling no one does anything my dishwasher floods no one does anything . I’ve recorded video written letters they really do not care because they kno no one here can probably afford to take them to court but I am just gonna wait it out til I move. Poorest management ever
January 4, 2019From day one I have had problems from mailbox issues to plumbing and the biggest in the he middle of summer air conditioning my apartment never drop below 80 degrees ever ...they sent the maintenance guy several times and he could not figure out the problem. My very first bill was over $300 and then the second and by the third it was up to $500 and I'm paying full rent ..so after changing management and getting it fixed 7 months later after I have had to heat up my home with a stove ...I'm ...being told the credit I was given needs to be refunded...but no one will say why it took 7 months to repair my problem and now they want me to leave I got that in a letter today...beware there was another tenant who's light bill got up to $700 so keep records but if you come here and Jenn is here run she is liar her favorite line is I'm trying to help you...if you were trying to help do your job and find the paperwork that was given to your employee because I have proof I sent it why don't you managerProperty Manager Responded

At your own risk
December 10, 2018Please do not rent from this property! The landlord will ignore ALL of your concerns. I just moved due to the apartments being old, my roof sinking in and them coming to do patch work, but not fixing the problem. My dishwasher was backed up with water and developed mold and mildew for two months. I complained about it and nothing was done. It's funny to me because the landlord only reached out to me when she didn't receive her last month of rent. Keep in mind that I've only been a resident going ...on four months. I used that money to find myself and my son another place to stay. We both have asthma so that was a serious concern. Horrible experience and now I have to pay a lawyer to get out of my lease agreement and not owe the company due to me not being at fault. I wouldn't recommend my dog to live here.Property Manager Responded

Terrible
January 7, 2018Move here with my boyfriend, though it would be great. Staff are very nice and friendly, but they anit nothing but money hungry people. Maintenance is terrible. When i first move in, paint was everywhere. Door was messed up. Had to get that fix. Windows was old and rotton, had to get that fix. Dishwasher was broken, sink was broken. Bathtub and bath sink was horrible. I regret for even moving here. Planning on moving out in 2 more months.Property Manager Responded
