Save your money!
June 18, 2019I have been living here for 2years. It is the worst apartments in the city. The first year, we had mice, roaches & then towards the end of our lease got bed bugs. They switched managers & they agreed to give us a brand new apt under the circumstances of our previous apt. Mind you I was pregnant so my apt was spotless. We agreed to stay seeing how the “new managers” was promising better living. BIG MISTAKE. Since I’ve signed over the new lease we have had 4 different property managers. Basement ...leaks in new apt as well as roaches no matter how many times you bomb or however many precautions you take THEY STILL COME BACK. Just save your money & don’t come here. Don’t Ever Move Here
May 28, 2019I been living here for over a year and I cannot wait to leave. They are the most nasty apartment complex I’ve ever seen. The office managers suck. If something’s broke or messed up forget about it they will not be out to fix it. They will tell you to fill out a work order form and you’ll never hear from them again. I been waiting on things to be fixed since I moved in. I pay my rent late every month because I hate them so much. Trash is everywhere. Lockhurst is horrible
August 1, 2016This place is bad news landlords don't care about anything but their money. Bedbug infested roach infested place. They say the will help get rid on bugs but never do! I lost everything I owned because of bedbugs and spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of and office managers blamed me. This was my first place so everything that was put in it by me was brand new or came from my parents bug free home. Worst Place EVER
September 21, 2015Please dont live here if you are looking for a decent place. I was there today and the owner shut his door in my face because he said it was sunday and hes not available however we havent got the apt that we already paid for for a while now! Yet we see him ignoring our apt and fixing others that he has no renters there for! Of course since we have already paid he does not care! He tries to convince you that if you pay now he will have it as a priority and its not true! He is so rude & would not ...recommend this place to anyone! Awful
August 18, 2015Very horrible service for the units. No maintenance workers. Mold in apartments, basements flood every time it rains. Good luck getting as much as a toilet fixed. If you are ever late on rent prepare to get a notice to vacate. Even if your unit is still infested with mold or bugs.I was Told my basement didn't flood and there were no bugs,(all lies).
