August 8, 2017July 2017 made 1 yr that I hv been a resident here & I feel fortunate.Ms Trina ws very helpful, sufficient and very much on her job to assist that I could move in promptly aftr the loss of my previous property because of a flood.She hv alwys been attentive to my need as a resident along with Ms Danielle who I hv recently hd interaction with as well. The both of them hv always been very professional,friendly and makes sure if there is a problem, that it will be resolved asap. Quiet and comfortable Living
August 28, 2015Come home to quiet and comfortable living at Belle Hall Apartments. Here you are able to fit all of your furniture into these spacious apartments, also yo can change the color of the walls to suite the color that accomodates your furniture and color scheme. The carpets are very comfortable and limits noise from upper floors. The utilities are very affordable and there is ample cabinets in the kitchen with an island in the kitchen for added storage. These apartments are a among the top selection ...of apartments in Portsmouth Virginia with these exceptional qualities.
