November 14, 2025I have been living at this complex for over 6 years when it originally was Parkway Place. The transformation has been amazing. The new owner and management staff has totally transformed this place inside and out making it a great place to live. The office staff Dainese and the maintence staff Rick have worked tirelessly to maintain, beautify and make every tenant feel valuable and important. The neighbors are respectful and caring. The grounds are always beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the apartments themselves are modern, comfortable, and truly feel like home. I have to give special recognition to Dainesee, the community manager. She is an absolute gem—professional, caring, and genuinely invested in making sure ...residents are happy. She goes above and beyond in every way, whether it’s quickly addressing maintenance requests, helping with lease questions, or simply greeting you with a smile that brightens your day. You can tell she truly cares about the people who live here, and that makes all the difference. Best place I’ve ever lived
August 13, 2025I’ve been living over here for 7 years. This is the best place to live. It’s very quiet. The neighbors are great. Management is very knowledgeable. Maintenance comes when needed. All The apartments are beautiful inside and out. The whole complex is beautiful flowers everywhere nice pool. Neighborhood stays vey clean. Highly Recommended!
December 21, 2023This is a really great place to live. I am so comfortable that the time passes so quickly without me realizing it. The apartment complex is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The apartment is comfy and convenient and the layout of my apartment is very nice. The neighbors are considerate and respectful. A brand new community swimming pool was put in this year……Great during the Summer heat! The neighborhood offers easy access and close proximity to lots of eateries and shopping. I’ve found ...that Beltway Park at Winston is much more affordable in comparison to anywhere else I have lived. The maintenance staff is always friendly and prompt with service…THANK YOU RICK!!! The office staff is professional and helpful….THANK YOU DAINESE for constantly trying new things to make our apartment community life a bit easier and better!Property Manager Responded

February 23, 2023I haven’t been here for long but so far I don’t have any complaints. The neighbors are nice and I feel comfortable here. The office staff and maintenance have been super helpful and are so quick to respond to any concerns I have. Plus, there are doing great things to improve the property! Beware! Do your homework first!
February 20, 2023If you want tons of drug trafficking, cars coming and going all through the night, loud music, fighting all the time, along with your fair share of gun shots and police all through the night then welcome to your new home. Don't be fooled by the pleasant wordings and pictures of this place online, it is horrible living here. These apartments are very small, no closet space at all, I repeat, NO CLOSETS! The only closet here is in the bedroom and it has a washer and dryer in it along with the water ...tank, so there's literally no space for your items! The only AC is a small cheap AC unit in the bedroom window and doesn't cool down the living room or kitchen. And the pool is always dirty and nasty. This place is a joke! Pay a little extra and go somewhere better.Property Manager Responded
February 24, 2023The management and ownership take real pride in providing to the tenants of this friendly community a pleasant home. This review presents a picture that is completely false. We don’t know who would have written such a review as we have had no complaints about any of the things referenced. This is a safe neighborhood with residents that look out for each other. The living spaces are always available for touring before leases are signed so there are no surprises upon taking occupancy. Most of our tenants are thrilled to have their own brand new washers and dryers in the home. The AC is more than adequate and if for some reason it is not cooling properly, we will be happy to make a quick repair and replacement. The swimming pool area is under refurbishment since it was closed at the end of the last season and we are very excited about the renovations that are taking place with a resurfaced pool, pool deck, new tile, new black aluminum fencing, and brand new colorful pool furniture. The ...exteriors of the building are in the process of being repainted with bright and modern colors, the parking lot will be resurfaced completely in the spring of 2023, and the apartments are being beautifully renovated inside. The pictures you see on this website were taken just last month. We welcome you to visit us and see what all of the excitement is about!
