BEWARE!!!! OLD WITH ROACHES
September 11, 2023Old units with Roaches!!!!! If i could give 0 stars i would. So disappointed with this complex and management. Been living here 4 years. New management company new signs yet still OLD infested buildings/units no matter how much paint cheap carpet and new signs they put up it just is what it is. Can barley get an answer from the office - whatever woman/women are there are rude and never have answers/resolutions. SO GLAD IM LEAVING. Been dealing with ROACHES since February no empathy or concern ...from management just the same GENERIC RESPONSE that they have been sending out pest control.... WHICH IS A JOKE. they come out every Tuesday and just lay traps all over your apartment. It's disgusting and a health hazard. This was good for the moment when i first moved cheap rent, but now NO THANKS. Management, please save the fake generic response. Not once has anyone personally followed up with me regarding my on going problem with pest even reached out to upper management with no response. I have over 10 pictures of ROACHES coming out at night and during the day - with one even on my STOVE!!!! HOW GROSS!!! Recommend anyone looking to rent here DONT just pay the extra money somewhere else for something NEW NICE AND NO ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: 9/11/23 : Property left a generic response ACTING like they care just for the reviews. Nobody has reached out STILL, I emailed the property manager and the enail listed on the site with a screenshot if their response and to see how they will make this right. (They want me to pay a “buy out” fee n oct rent- im leaving sep 23rd) when the reason why im leaving is PEST PROBLEMS SONCE February!!!!that they think now because they have a pest control company coming out every Tuesday they are doing something. My whole apartment has roach bait throughout the kitchen in my CABINETS IN MY BATHROOM!! Like please just let me leave. Yet they have not responded to my email or called me but leave FAKE CONCERNED GOOGLE REVIEW REPLIES!! What a joke !Property Manager Responded

Cozy And a Good Value
May 31, 2023It has well-kept grounds, is fairly quiet, and safe. I find it convenient for long walks for exercise or grabbing coffee. There is ample parking, and close to two city bus routes as well. The buildings are old, but maintenance responds in a timely manner and I feel safe letting them have access to my apartment if I am not home. I recently looked for an apartment for a relative moving to the area and found few that were safe, clean, convenient to necessities, and accepted pets in this price range. ...It is a good value.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

May 31, 2023I moved here in October of 2022. Yes the apartments are older but I'm not picky about it. The staff is amazing. They communicate well and always listen to concerns. Feels like home
May 19, 2023I have lived here for three years, and it certainly feels like home. The apartments are spacious, the grounds have beautiful large trees and are well maintained. I have had two maintenance issues, and both were taken care of promptly, and the maintenance workers were very polite. The apartments are older, but that gives them more charm than the newer cookie cutter units you will find all around Columbus. I highly recommend.Property Manager Responded

Unit Had Bed Bugs
May 17, 2022Decent place until my apartment became infested with bed bugs. Property management refused to take action, saying that my apartment was the only one with bedbugs even though I was upstairs and had never experienced bed bugs in my life. Resulted in me paying around $1,000 to have my apartment treated while I basically moved out for weeks. Came back, after weeks of treatment and so much money spent out of pocket only to find that the place was still infested with bed bugs (I'm pretty sure the unit ...under me had them before I ever moved in). At this point, I moved out and still had to pay the remaining few months on my lease. Overall, not a good experience as a young adult moving to a new city. It cost me almost all of my belongings and a lot of money, but management could care less and essentially said it was my problem.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Good decently quiet corner of CBus
February 12, 2022I moved into Bexley Plaza last April, I was very hesitant as this is the farthest I've moved from home and knew very few people in the area. When I came to look at the place they showed me an older unit, which basically is the same as the standard 1 bedroom just it has painted cabinets in the Kitchen vs newer wood ones. Zach was who I met and spoke with and went out of his way to answer all my questions, give his opinions, etc. Overall my apartment was decent when I moved in, stains in the carpet ...from previous tenants, which I tried to get out with my shampooer but wouldn't budge. There are quite a lot of open space in between windows, kitchen cabinets, where they should have caulked or sealed it but hasn't been horrible during the winter. Neighbors like anywhere are hit or miss, in general no issues but lots of times I felt I was the only one who picked up after their dog in the yard. One person a few houses down constantly let's his bulldog off his leash and my dog doesn't take well so had to keep them apart while he just watched and yelled at his dog that wouldn't listen to him. When I had my mother, dog sitting for me one weekend there was an issue with a downstairs Tennant who ripped the trim off the back door and busted their window out. Overall for the price, location to CMH, Bexley, Whitehall with W/D hookups in the basement this place was great. Again Zach was nothing short of awesome, I appreciate his hard work and was happy overall with my time at Bexley Plaza.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
