prison or apartments?
March 12, 2022 - Reseña de Apartments.comPets are now permitted in the apartments as a result of California's new law, but the manager insists that cats not be left outside or the rent will be increased; if dogs bark and a complaint is filed, the rent will also be increased; this place is dreadful. Children are not permitted to play outside or they will be scolded. What kind of flats are these?

March 12, 2022 - Reseña de Apartments.comEvery day and night, neighbours can be heard shouting at one another. Police and ambulances are almost always present, and the train station near which we live is full to the brim with homeless people and drug addicts, which can be quite frightening given that there are no cameras in the complex and no security measures such as combination gates, security staff, and fire extinguishers are not within reach. It's a scary place to live in given these factors. The actual living area is small but ...sufficient, and it's noticeably not in pristine conditions. Very old school apartments, I do not recommend living here unless you're interested in buying your own security cameras, heating, refrigerator, washing and drying machine and also shower head which are all things I had to buy myself seen as the ones which were here before were in extremely bad working conditions. I have much more to say but I would have to write a novel by that point.Leer Más

August 3, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comExtrmely nosy manager shell walk in your house without asking permission start snooping around your place and even when u move out and leave the appartment perfect without breaking anything impecble she still wont return your deposite kids cant be outside or do anything you cant even have friends or family visit or spend the night without her wanting you to pay extra rent and water only because she feels like it and if she dosent like you or if you do something and get on her bad side shell raise ...your rent and keep doing it until you move out and if something breaks you have to go and keep telling her until they send someone over so that they could fix it and that most resent event people getting into fights neighbors constontly fighting cops get called all the time just the other day there was a fight hear insde the appartments different neighbors jumping in the fight you couldnt even pass by without getting punched in the face including women it got so bad that cops came maneger never came out i would not rocomend living hearLeer Más

May 31, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comManager always looking at every move you make complains if kids are outside playing or if they get wet outside in hot days. Gets mad if you have visitors or if anyone stays over for a night. She has like 3 dogs and a couple of her favorite renters have peds but if she dislikes you, you cant have pets. Charges if mantainment comes and fixes something on the apartment. The complex it self isin't bd but with thiz manager its a nightmare she really stresses you out.
