    I moved into this property almost a year ago and it was beautiful. Since the beginning of the year it has sadly gone down hill. There is a giant section of grass that was scraped up and the piles of dead grass have been left for over a month. There is another giant section of grass that is nothing but weeds that are 2+ feet tall. The rest of the community looks like a jungle of weeds. The hot tub hasnt worked in over a month and was closed frequently before that. I put in a ticket for the water ...
    fountain at the dog park and there was no response. Now there is no longer an online payment portal. I have to take a check to the office. There are currently 30 available units to rent. Its so unfair to the residents to charge top dollar for rent but have no accountability to maintain the grounds/amenities. Greystar should be embarrassed, I know I'm embarrassed when guests come over and wonder why there are weeds everywhere. I will not be renewing my lease.

    A lovely place to come home to, great community and very pet friendly. The management is going through some growing pains with the amenities (especially the hot tub/pool) and just general management, but I’m sure over time they’ll smooth out.

    I will go to a site where I know my review will not be held back so people know the truth about this place. Has nothing to do with the staff but everything to do with the cheap owners who don't want to spend $$ but seek to make as much as they can. I call it greed. So it's my duty as a tenant to warn others not to move here unless they want to experience the same things I am with the bugs. The bugs have completely destroyed my experience! Telling me that no one else is complaining does not ...
    resolve the problem or make it OK for me. I don't care what other people don't do or do for that matter. They don't write the rent check to you monthly I do! So that's the only persons opinion I care about. You are not worthy of my hard earned money. Like I said I draw the line at the Scorpion in my home. Where there is one there are plenty more. With the cracks in the foundation who knows where they are breeding inside the walls. I have Geckos living inside the walls! I just don't think you're doing the best job you can at containing the bug problems in a desert climate. We have 5 species of Scorpions that 2 blend into the exterior paint and floor colors. So what happens if we are stung? Then what? Will you shirk responsibility then? That's what I want to know! Any hospital or emergency bills I get you'll be getting them too but not in the way you imagine.

    Black Ridge Cove has been great place to live. With mountains surrounding the neighborhood you feel like a smaller community with all the amenities close by. Management has been easy and prompt to work with. They seem to be very technology driven making it possible to have access to information sooner.

    Black Ridge Cove is located in a great location, it's quiet, safe and very pet friendly! The neighborhood is well laid out with plenty of space and lighting. The staff is beyond the best and you could not ask for a smoother move-in process than what they provide.

    Black Ridge Cove was built with the tenants life in mind. They did not skimp on the cheap appliances and fixtures, they REALLY thought about what it would be like to live here and make it as comfortable as possible. The management and maintenance staff have all been fantastic and in all honesty, we could not ask for more. The pet policies here are VERY understanding of both the community AND pet owner in mind. A on everything here!!
