My apartment had a slight pest control problem and needed a lot of maintenance but, I have not had any problems with getting things fixed. Overall, the area is decent. All the staff are super friendly and maintenance are on top of everything. This is the only apartment complex I ever stayed in where the staff really go above and beyond to create a sense of community. For example, they always invite their renters to come for food at the clubhouse every Christmas season. My unit was well put together and clean, the back patios are super nice. The neighborhood is safe and ...quiet. Good access to nearby restaurants and the campus. I could go on forever I really love this place and they made it feel like home. Hidden Gem Of Hattiesburg!
October 15, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comMy wife and I stayed at Windsor Village for 4 years. Our first year was in a 2 bedroom townhouse and then the following 3 years we lived in a 3 bedroom townhouse. At first look you may be forgiven for thinking Windsor may not be the fanciest in Hattiesburg, but it provides a true home experience and more. The grounds and living are painstakingly maintained at the highest standard. I have never seen a better maintenance crew than what Windsor provided us. They have been around for years but have ...put a lot of time into updating their living places and we wanted for nothing. I can honestly say in the past decade I have not had a living situation that came close to giving us an experience like this place. It truly became a home to us and the staff are excellent. There is a pool on the grounds that was wonderful to have access to, a decent gym with quiet to focus on working out, a great dog park area that our dog loved and a great community of residents that always made us comfortable. The staff listen to any concern you have and are wonderful about addressing ANY issues. There are police that reside on grounds and we felt safe at all times. If I am lucky enough to go back to Hattiesburg I would not hesitate to live here again!Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

The staff was always friendly and helpful, and maintence requests were filled almost immediately. Plus, it was very affordable. They say that they have pest control come by every two weeks but the apartments are still infested with roaches and bugs!! They WILL CHEAT YOU out of YOUR DEPOSIT! They withheld 200 dollars from me because of some carpet that WAS ALREADY MESSED UP WHEN I MOVED IN! And the black lady that works in the OFFICE KNEW THIS and still allowed the manager ELIZABETH TOLLEY to withhold my money! And when I ...called and requested to speak with her about it - she hung up in my face! Please do not stay in these apartments! They are cheap but it is not worth it! March 13, 2018Thank you for your review. For your protection, on move in day, we require all new residents to walk through their apartment and document its condition and make note if there is anything that needs repair/cleaning/or simply needs to be documented. On your move in inspection, you wrote "N/A" in the Carpet column, and did not make any comments about the carpet anywhere else on the form. Upon move out, six months later, a circular area of carpet, 2 feet in diameter, located near the front door had all the fibers missing-as if they had disintegrated. When the carpet was pulled up, the pad underneath was saturated with a thick, red liquid-similar to spagetti sauce. It appeared that whatever cleaning solution you used to remove the stain-dissolved the carpet fibers. This is why you were charged the depreciated value of the living room carpet only. In the six months you were here, you had only one work order, unrelated to the carpet or pests, and it was completed that same day. In ...2015, we changed pest control companies. They use a combination of dusting inside the wall cavity, baiting under/inside cabinets and spraying cracks/crevices. If someone has a problem with pests a work order is written and the pest control company will retreat the unit. Our residents have been very satisfied with their service and the results. When we talked, almost two years ago, I tried explaining this to you. I am sorry you thought I hung up on you, I tried several times to interject into the conversation, but you never stopped yelling long enough for me to get a word in. I'm sorry you didn't hear me say goodbye.

They do not care about their tenants or the maintenance requests and all they are after is your money. They will find every reason possible to fine you for things. March 6, 2018Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you are upset but feel that this situation could have been avoided if you had not violated your lease agreement on numerous occasions. We do care about our tenants-all of them, and that is why we have policies in place that require all residents to go through the same application/screening process. We have pet policies that limit the number and size of animals on the property and expect everyone to document their animal(s), pay the appropriate deposit, and pick up the waste from their animals. All these policies are explained at lease signing and are a part of the lease agreement. When you choose to ignore the policies, the consequences are predetermined and also in your lease agreement. Your deposits will be refunded after you've moved, after paying for any damage caused by the numerous animals that have been in your apartment.

I have lived in Windsor Village apartments since 2008 so I've been here 9 years of my life. I came here right after college while working at the bank. With the money I've spent here, I could've actually bought a small house by now and..... I wouldn't change a single thing about my decision to stay here. My time here at this property has been one of the most rewarding experiences that I could have ...ever asked for. Windsor Village is safe, quiet, conveniently close to EVERYTHING ( a quick drive on Hwy 49 or a shortcut via I-59), and it's my personal opinion that you won't find a better office staff anywhere on the planet but I could be biased. I was even married in my apartment in my living room by my best friend who was an ordained minister at the time. I always said the only way I'd leave here would be if we were moving into a house. Well, we're not moving to a house just yet but my wife and I are leaving the Hattiesburg area to pursue bigger and better goals in our perspective fields at this time which forces us to leave our safe, familiar, and beautiful home here. I'll miss my neighbors, everyone that works here, the courtesy officers that keep us safe, my church across the street, my morning walks, the sound of the birds at 6am in the morning with the smell of dew on the grass, and of course the amazing affordability. I'm moving to a larger city where my new home can only HOPE to measure up to the unfair expectations that Windsor Village has given me and where I'll be paying double the amount for the same sqft somewhere stuck in the shadows of my favorite apartment complex. There's plenty of apartment complexes in Hattiesburg but if you need somewhere that's more than an apartment, choose Windsor Village. There's nothing to think about. Great price and terrific staff
September 14, 2016 - Reseña de Apartments.comI spent the last five years living at Windsor Village and had a wonderful experience. If not for a change in job I would still be living there. Coming from San Francisco, I loved the affordability and spaciousness and location. The staff is top notch, from the property manager to the office staff to the terrific handymen who always respond promptly to any issues you might have. I can't recommend enough if value affordability, value, location, respect, and friendliness. I was sad to leave.
Quiet and Convenient

I have not experienced any disturbances of any kind, and I have lived here for just over a year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What makes it even better, are that the prices are great! Would definitely recommend!
