Great place to live!
January 20, 2020The apartments have a great size to rent ratio as opposed to other places in the area, and the current management is great. There were initially a few problems, but they were easily resolved. The current matinence man is great at what he does and is very friendly. These appartments are in a great location, with anything that you need only being within a 10 minute drive.Reseña de Apartments.com

November 22, 2019Staff and maintenance is very nice No windows in the bathroom so it has poor air circulation there is a fan in the bathroom but it does not work very well, cant have anything outside or you will get charged, you have to pay for garbage and much moreReseña de Apartments.com

Terrible! Do not move here!
August 18, 2016This property management group is terrible. You are told what door matt you can have, how many plants you can have on your patio, what kind of planters they have to be in, you are even told what color scheme your patio furniture has to be. They have made it to where smokers (I'm not a smoker) have to go to the street to smoke so it looks trashy. Here's always someone in front of the building smoking. Having a ton of people standing at the street in front of the apartments looks like this is a ...trashy place to live. Not to mention that they will throw away any belongings on your patio that don't fit their criteria. Mind you none of this was in the lease. The interiors are nice. I love be colors that they chose. They are currently advertising amenities that they do not have. They advertise a pool. There is a pool but it is just a concrete hole that was suppose to be completed in May. They advertise a gym, that is not there. They say that they have been working on it but there is no date as of yet that it will be completed. So the way I see it we are paying for amenities we don't have access to. Overall I'm displeased and wish we hadn't signed a year long lease here. We have been telling everyone to look else where to rent. I mean if you don't mind your leasing agreements and property rules changing and growing every other week then by all means lease away.Property Manager Responded

Horrible management
August 10, 2016Zero stars. Management here is awful. Every week, sometimes twice a week, there is a list of new rules on the door. Rules that were not included in the lease agreement. First, the tenants were told to buy a specific door mat and that our existing door mats were unacceptable. Then the tenants were told that the specific door mat that we HAD to buy was unacceptable and we are not able to have any door mats. They first threatened to throw away belongings that didn't fit into the criteria, and now ...are threatening to fine the tenants who do not follow these rules. In addition, the tenants are only able to pay their rent online(also a rule introduced AFTER the lease was signed), which gives 3 different options for payment, ALL of which charge an additional fee. The tenants have been woken up many times by the endless construction, which has not yet produced the pool or exercise room that is advertised. I cannot stress enough how misguided I was. Highly regretting this choice, please be aware of any and all interactions made with Block 88(owners) or AVENUE 5(the management company).Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
