I love be colors that they chose. They are currently advertising amenities that they do not have. They advertise a pool. There is a pool but it is just a concrete hole that was suppose to be completed in May. They advertise a gym, that is not there. They say that they have been working on it but there is no date as of yet that it will be completed. So the way I see it we are paying for amenities we don't have access to. Overall I'm displeased and wish we hadn't signed a year long lease here. We have been telling everyone to look else where to rent. I mean if you don't mind your leasing agreements and property rules changing and growing every other week then by all means lease away.
