New Tenant
September 2, 2019Son just relocated from Ohio. Only had three days to find housing in August in Madison. The landlords were very kind to show us a unit that they were hoping to refurbish and rent out in November. We decided it was perfect and the renovation they were doing sounded wonderful, so we put down a deposit. Due to moving schedule and other things,the landlords offered to do the renovations very quickly so we could move according to our availability. We just finished moving him in and the place is ...awesome. Amazing Landlords, Great Apartments
February 27, 2019You will not find any better landlords. By far the best, most responsive and reliable landlords I've ever had. Apartments are nice and in good shape. They're constantly making upgrades to improve the apartments and make them feel more like home. They care about their tenants and you will not be just a number to them. If it weren't for my relocation to another city, I wouldn't give them or my apartment up for anything. Awesome owners! Nice, affordable living in Madison!
July 15, 2018I lived here for 3 years prior to buying a house. The owners/landlords purchased it just prior to me moving in and they are amazing! Husband and wife team who frequent the property, take care of the yard, quick to answer questions and take care of issues in and around the apartment and/or complaints. It does say smoke free, but that does not mean people follow that rule as there were multiple smokers in the building I resided in. Overall though, loved the place, they took myself, my family, ...and my dogs. They really have the welfare of their tenants and property in mind and are doing a lot to upgrade the area and have overall made the entire street a nicer place to live!
