Worst apartment to ever live in!
May 27, 2025This is the absolute worst area to live in! The apartments is roach infested, floors were caving in in our bathroom, ceiling is slowly caving in in the kitchen, and they are water leaks everywhere! Let's start from the beginning..... there were water everywhere from the heater and ruined most of our things that were on the floor! The tiles were ruined but the old landlord told mom to fixed the floors on her own. They made a complaint when the tiles were black instead of white! They did not ...specify what color tiles should be used! She paid out of her own pocket. Everytime we flushed the toilet upstairs, the water leaks from the ceiling onto the stove!!!! We address the issue of our bathroom floor caving in months ahead, but they waited so late and my brother fell through. The maintenance argued with my mom about what was going on with the pipe. She told him that the pipe is bursted but he did not believe her. We can't use any of our sinks upstairs and in the kitchen. We cannot use any of our kitchen sink because the pipe is completely busted and mold is growing within the pipes creating a foul mildew smell. We can barely cook our meals. Not to mention the dangers of using the sockets to plug any thing without creating a spark. They are too lazy to come and fix our problems and complain people never pay their rent on time. Apartments have gone down hill !!!
November 21, 2024I moved in bowmanor recently and since ive been living here it has been hell ! First off my previous neighbors were filthy and had roaches and eventually the roaches traveled to my apartments. The were in my food cabinet, in my closets, shower and even coming out of my wall sockets ! I complained for months and all my maintenance request were opened and labled as "Complete" but was never addressed ! I had to hire my own exterminator to get it under controlled. On top of that they have one ...maintenance man and he takes FOREVER to address simple issues ! The tenants are loud, dont care about others and many other things that I wish to not include in this review. Rent is steady increasing but their have been no improvements made to the apartments,eveything is old and outdated.I am grateful for having somewhere to live but I can't wait to move !Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Overall poor living
August 12, 2024There are no washer and dryer hookups and the laundry mat facilities are always broken. I could never get maintenance to fix anything in the apartment and had to pay out of pocket to fix a light fixture, light switch, cabinet doors falling off right after move in, and the guard rail for the stairs had to resecured. They will find every loop hole to take your money and security deposit. You pay way too much a month for a run down place. Also the Landlord quit in the middle of the process of us ...moving out. Because she failed to do her job I am being messed out if a security deposit. I would not advise moving to this apartment complex.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
