The property and units look beautiful. The finishes are fantastic, with a large balcony that allows me to overlook the pool with comfort. But unfortunately that's where the good things stop. The finishes after you look at them on a tour you will realize that they are cheaply done (I mean the granite is crumbling away, and I'm sure I'll be paying for that). The floors are not insulated at all, and it is SOOO loud. I'm not talking about anything crazy, just normal walking that I hear EVERY
...SINGLE day. The complex did stop the down stairs neighbor from their loud music that was shaking the building (apparently I wasn't the only one that complained since it went on the night before through the morning) as they had already contacted the resident before I said something. But the typical walking around noise is just ridiculous. They will allow their vendors in your apartment without supervision, and then the vendors don't complete their work, but the office tells you "sorry, it shows as completed." It's been a nightmare, oh and best part the lease does not have an early lease termination.
