The staff is very friendly, professional and expert in making us feel right at home. They are always very happy to assist you in any way possible.
One of my favorite features of this apartment is the open concept layout.
The apartment is terrific, with the rooms being just the right size and it comes with many safety features. To my amazement, having never seen this before, there’s a sprinkler in every room. Also, there are hardwired smoke alarms throughout the apartment. I love my screened-in
...porch and its view, which is tree-lined. There is ample room in both walk-in closets that also include built-in shelves. The laundry room is perfect and has roomy cabinets.
The kitchen has great appliances, perfectly placed for the greatest efficiency and includes a dishwasher, built-in microwave oven, an electric stove with oven, a nice sized refrigerator and lots of cabinets. The double-sink is built into an island that faces the living room, making it easy to talk to your guests while preparing food.
The windows are large and let in a lot of daylight, which I love. There are tons of outlets, so no extension cords are needed, ever. The apartment comes fully carpeted except for the kitchen and the two bathrooms, which have nice flooring that’s easy to clean.
The outdoor swimming pool is large, gorgeous and always has sparkling clean water, since it is very well-maintained at all times. There are several lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and regular chairs with plenty of room for everyone.
There are grills close enough to each building for convenient cooking if you want to bring the food back to your house. If you want to eat near the grill, they all have a nice picnic table and a large wastebasket nearby.
We have a large clubhouse that contains a large screen TV, lounge chairs, a pool table and a coffee machine.
The business office has two great desktop computer setups that include printers and copiers.
There’s also a bookshelf for borrowing books and there’s a free DVD lending library.
This is a wonderful, dog-friendly community and there are many conveniently-located doggy cleanup stations. Best of all for us dog-lovers is that we have a doggy playground!
You practically don't even need a car!
Relocating here was the best move I ever made. It’s like being on a permanent vacation!
