They even make sure all is feed. I don't plan on moving anytime soon because out of all Killeens apartments this is the BEST. The worst apartment I've ever lived in

My car got towed when I was doing laundry... have to pay $307.50 just to get it out because of THEY'RE convenience to having it close by. Because I'm somewhat young I get pushed to the side like my problems aren't real. it has been since day 1 and I still haven't gotten anything fixed properly. They've decided to try to Vacate me because I had to wait for my check to come in. (3rd day into the month) Cockroaches ...everywhere, and pest control does nothing and you always get bogus bills that make no sense, but are forced on you. I would rather sleep in my car and recycle my urine rather than ever renting an Apartment from here. ALSO, when you try asking for a manager, She is worse than the front desk attendant. Very rude and will not let you speak. -10/10 Never thought that rating would even be possible, but YALL CRUSHED IT! February 6, 2022 - Reseña de Apartments.comWhen we first viewed the place it had come under new management and seemed sincerely promising. At the time it had 3-4 reviews and all were good, but outdated. The receptionist was nice when we went to sign the lease and get our unit settled, but after more than half a year of living there it went downhill pretty fast. Our neighbors were always arguing, cops were always called, and music was always loud as day. We both worked from home in the beginning and we were interrupted by maintenance or ...the neighbors arguing despite trying to work out times we wouldn't be bothered with the office. Plus.. there are the extreme fees for little to nothing. Management stopped responding to some of our queries and then their whole website shut down (which was where we paid our rent). We cut our lease early and dipped, and not even two months later their website is still down. Inconsistent management and disruptive neighbors. Live there at your own discretion.Leer Más
horrible roach issue
April 29, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have had the worst experience living here! I have a horrible roach problem and I have asked it to be resolved multiple times and it still isn’t fixed. I am a very clean person and having this roach issue is disgusting. They will also charge you $25 if your dog poops outside and you don’t pick it up as soon as possible even though the dog bag stations are super far away. They also will not let you know when they are renovating apartments near yours with paint fumes so strong I could barely ...breathe. Constant gunshots happening. DO NOT LIVE HERELeer Más

March 19, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comOngoing smoking issue that makes me nauseous, and other apartment issues that happened over just the few months of living here. For every issue it gets ignored even a leaking roof that lasted over a week. And for the roof I would call an emergency number and no one comes the same night. Maintenance barges in the next day looks at the roof said they’ll fix it, but it took over a week and multiple times of me calling. I had so many problems here like people banging on my door long periods of time, ...but I only complained about physically wrong issues of the apartment and they still have an issue with it. It is unwelcoming here, overpriced, false advertisement, and overall I recommend anywhere else.Leer Más

They go out thier way to help the tenants here, with everything going on in the world. Its nice and peaceful and the neighbors are understanding and patient with my kids. They only people who complain here are the people to proud to ask for help and understanding.
Don’t waste your money
February 7, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comDo not recommend to anyone. The pictures on here are edited. Lease is too long and they don’t tell you it’s 1 yr and 6 months until your signing the papers. Nonstop cigarette smell that makes you nauseous. Perfect for non smoking tenants to breathe it in 24/7. Also very loud and noisy from 8pm to 3am. Very run down apartments. Rude maintenance shows up unannounced even if you been waiting on them for days. Hate it here!

August 20, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comAlthough the environment is a bit shifty (I had no problems however), the manager working has always been extremely helpful and sympathetic with problems that arose. Along with that, the on site maintenance guy always had issues resolved in less than a week, would definitely recommend!
