November 11, 2018I made the mistake of not looking at the apartment before signing. THE PICTURES ONLINE ARE NOT ANYTHING WHAT THESE APRTEMNTS LOOK LIKE. Let’s start off with the one or two pros , great area for shopping needs, EVERYTHING you need is within 5-15 minutes from here ! the apartments themselves, are semi ok. And they were re painted for me. The hard wood floors are good, the carpet is in semi decent condition. Cons, where to begin. I am extremely disappointed by this place , I had parts on the toilet ...requested to be replaced bc they left an old rotting toilet seat on it. they painted the bathtub to make it look in better shape than it really is so when the paint wore off I could immediately see a difference and it’s DISGUSTING. People let their dogs bark constantly, they let their dogs pee in one little area of the grass near your door because they’re too lazy to take them elsewhere and then it smells like urine every time you walk in or out of your apartment. There is good storage in the apartment I rented. But the walls are PAPER thin!! It’s so hard to sleep here and the building is so old every step the person takes above me or makes a HUGE creaking sound. I have no peace of mind here , the electricity isn’t reliable they need to either revamp this whole building or demolish it. The apartment STINKS , weird smells that come from crevices. It’s gross. Hoping it gets shut down by the city so I can leave this dump. DO NOT rent here!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Needs a face lift
August 20, 2015I really think my community, it could use some work. However it is smaller, there are only 48 units on the property with that being said the maintenance work needs a lot of improvement. With that amount of units, it should not be hard to make it and do the work orders that are requested. Rent is affordable for people with low income, a lot of parking available. Nice sized bedrooms good for couples or a family of 3. They are pet friendly. Besides living near busy Bridgeport Way, the area is quiet. ...Very close to buslines, freeway and shopping areas. I would give it a 6 out of 10 only due to cosmetic appearance and the delay in maintenance work.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Non live able
August 11, 2015From the mold constantly by the windows due to lack of suitable ventilation especially in the bathroom and no double pain windows to having a hideous gas heater in the living room. there is no cupboard space in the kitchen only a small medicine cabinet in the bathroom the closet doors done shut properly and the walls are so thin that there really is no privacy the water for showed goes hot and cold often. the laundry facilites are dirty and the machines 'eat' your clothes. not to mention there ...are barely any machines to go round.i barely give this a one star. I only do because the owner is good to work with and doesn't allow bad things to happen on property The grounds are not well kept the parking is pretty non existent the neighborhood is extremely rough.
