Slum Property Management
December 3, 2025Zero stars. This property is managed terribly and operates like a complete slum. There is a severe roach infestation, ongoing mold growth from plumbing failures, and repeated flooding from the upstairs neighbor’s toilet into my unit. Management has also failed to address serious safety concerns, including suspected drug activity in nearby units. In addition, multiple vehicles on the property—including mine—have been vandalized and damaged, and management has taken no meaningful steps to ...improve security. Maintenance issues are frequently handled by unqualified and unprofessional workers, resulting in poor communication and unfinished or delayed repairs. The office staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of serious concerns. Certain staff members—such as Ashley—have repeatedly failed to respond, follow up, or take any of the issues seriously, contributing to the ongoing problems at this property. Management has been dishonest, unresponsive, and unwilling to resolve any of these issues. Do not do business with them. Because of their carelessness and complete lack of professionalism. my health and safety were put into jeopardy, ultimately leaving me with no choice but to leave the property and terminator lease.Property Manager Responded

Poor management
November 15, 2025The management at this place is very poor and unorganized . We were approved for a unit with a move in date of November 1st. All of a sudden they change the unit that we were suppose to move into. Then the day before we were supposed to move in, the called and told us that we can’t move in because they called and said that the unit will not be ready at all. There was no timeframe on when it would be ready. Why would you guys wait until the last minute to say anything smh. Then they suggested ...that we could move into a one bedroom until a unit opens up. We applied for a two bedroom not a one bedroom. Also, even on the website now it states they will be ready next year which that wasn’t what was stated when we applied.Property Manager Responded

Management Never Returns Calls and takes your money. Run!
April 13, 2024We wanted to make this place our home. We applied and were told that we would hear back in 3 days. A week went by and we heard nothing. Would call and call and no one would answer. Finally got ahold of someone and they said we were approved and we would get a call back in 2 weeks. at first it was nice now I regret moving here
March 3, 2023It’s one thing to ignore my maintenance request for months, but to show no sense of urgency or anything TO FIX AMENITIES I AM ACTIVELY PAYING FOR EVERY MONTH for a remodeled unit to not offer any compensation for me not being able to use the amenity as I please for months and still having to pay for it. Then to not care when I call. It really frustrates me knowing I can’t escape this I have to be stuck paying for a broken washer and dryer, a dishwasher that floods my kitchen once a week, all ...present issues since I’ve signed my lease and not a tiny bit of empathy for getting these items fixed. January 20, 2023Front office don’t care nothing about the tenants they only care about the rent money constantly make a note of new rules and regulations charge fees for services that they don’t render or provide dog poop and trash everywhere. No security cars, man, vandalized and porch pirates. July 16, 2020The Apartments are decent, but there not worthy of a long life stay. The price of rent isn’t worth it. Definitely when you don’t even have a washer and dryer in the Unit. There can be some loud neighbors. Sometimes Random people just walk through the apartments. Overall there not bad apartments management is nice, and they are willing to work with you they also remodeled the outside of the apartments and by the pool area. But if you need a apartment till you find something better I recommend ...these.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2018Lived here long enuf to see it go downhill. Surly rotation of mgrs. Laundry room is filthy and not air conditioned, despite a swamp cooler intact; just won’t turn on. Keeps the bums out to keep it hot. Sliding scale of misc. charges that will add 50 or more to rent. Up to eight people in a two bedroom. Sliding scale means u will pay their share of bills.
