    This is a really good appt complex. Our neighbors are friendly yet they keep to themselves. This is a good thing for me. The front office responds to our requests and maintenance is quick with repairs. We also have nice monthly activities that we’re able to have input with. This gives us a sense of ownership. We really love it here.

  • My Hidden Gem

    Bristol Park is my hidden Gem. it is pushed back several yards from the street so it is very easy to pass it and not know that you've pass the apartments. The grounds are always kept nice. I've been here for almost 2yrs and I still love being here. I feel safe living here the parking area is very well lit as well as the walkway to the apartments. Rachel- The office manager is very nice. She has always made me feel welcomed calling or coming by to discuss my question or concern and if it is ...
    something she needs to address she's on it. Jamie-The Maintenance he's a crew of maintenance men all in one. I've never had to wait forever and a day to get my issue fixed. He's Awesome!!! There's a 24hr gym at the front office as well as the Beautiful Pool. BBQ stations are available to you to prepare your Burgers, Hotdogs or whatever the family would like while taking a dip in the pool. I made no mistake signing a lease here. I love my Hidden Gem!

    Bristol Park is amazing! Laura and Jamie are the dream team that you want working for you. I have never felt more welcomed or taken care of by a management team in my life. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious, the community is quiet, gated, and CLEAN. You will not regret choosing Bristol Park for your next home!

    Just moved in with my sister and nephew this weekend and we love it already. Friendly neighbors and Laura has really been helpful throughout the process even before we moved in. Got a couple of hiccups that need to be fixed up, but I know those will be done in no time. So happy to be here!

    I have been living at Bristol Park for almost three years now and I absolutely love it. Laura our property manager is awesome. I am handicapped and she is always willing to help me when I need it. The apartments are modern and I love my garden tub! Maintenance is top notch and my neighbors are nice which is always a plus! You will not be disappointed if you move here.

    We moved here about 4 months ago and love it. The process of moving in was easy. Laura was super helpful in helping us with the process. Any issues we have had have been dealt with in a timely manner. You can tell Laura really cares about making you feel happy and comfortable in your home. They have little events at the clubhouse and it’s an overall quiet and safe area. We love living here. I was nervous about moving to fayetteville but this complex is nice and secluded.
