    I paid all my rent on time and I cleaned my apartment before leaving. They didn’t return my security deposit, instead they sent me a bill that I owe them $360 for not cleaning the apartment. Total bs from them. I called them multiple times to resolve the issue but they didn’t respond. They sent it to collections without returning any of my calls. The employees are nice but the company is horrible. Ridiculous….

    Do do not move here. Save yourself a headache and stress. The moment I moved into this apartment there were never ending issues so I had to cancel my lease. There is a massive house centipede infestation and silver fish infestation. They had an exterminator come 4 or 5 times and the problem never got solved at all. I would wake up with centipedes all over the walls. And on the floor. Also there are mice in the kitchen...

    I’ve been living there for about ten years and it’s absolutely the best complex I lived so far. Anytime you need something fixed they are there. Community is great lots of parking always. Absolutely the best

    This place is ridiculous! We lived there 5 years, always paid rent on time, recommend a tenant and after we broke our lease paid them 2 months penalty before moved out. We have left the apartment vacuumed and mopped. We have been always correct with them and this is the attitude we were expecting when we left the place but this was not the case. Not even a month later, they sent us what they call an "inspection report" and asked us for another $2000 with ridiculous charged like $25 per floor to ...
    clean the floor in the room (wait what?! we mopped and vacuumed as I said), $400 to clean the oven (the oven was cleaned and even if it wasn't clean $400 for cleaning a 40 YEARS old oven (yes, I'm not joking!)), $50 per wall to clean the walls that we wiped and clean. I'm not even going to list all of the charges but you get the point. So when I called and told them that I cannot agree with these charges because I know in fact how I left the apartment, that we have been always good tenants and paid on time, they told me that they are not going to dispute the charge. Well too bad. They obviously are doing this to the residents that are moving our so they can purchase new ovens and fridges for the apartments with blackmailed money. So the pace I recommend with 2 hands before has slapped me in the face with overcharging. Don't expect respect from them if you pay your rent on time and stay there long. At the end, they will make sure they charge you extra for EVERYTHING.

    and I love living at Brittany Springs! I have been a resident 5 yrs. now. I looked at a lot of apartments before choosing Brittany Springs. The inclusion of heat, water, trash& sewage in the rent made it affordable. But what drew me to here was the color scheme of blue & white which made me think of seashore homes. Also the fact that the balconies/patios face inward to a beautiful & well maintained landscaped courtyard. I live in the back where it is quiet & have good neighbors. I spend many ...
    nights sitting on my balcony with a glass of wine, watching the sunset. Obviously the pool & fitness room is an added bonus. Cat the office manager is always available to answer your questions and any repair is fixed in a timely manner. I know this sounds to good to be true, so I will add that while the The onsite laundry facilities is just a few steps from my door, the machine to reload the laundry card is up by the front office, so in the winter or when it is raining, that can be a bit daunting. Finally, I moved in with my son, who has since moved out, so I was worried about being alone,but I had nothing to fear it is a safe place to live. In closing it is an affordable, clean well kept place to call home. Dianne P.S. Finally while I do not have young children, they do have a brand new playground & a dog area for playing.

    My family has lived here for over 3 years and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The office staff is extremely kind and always helpful. The apartments themselves are in great shape. We’ve never really had any issues while we’ve been here, but on the rare occasion something needed to be fixed, it was always done quickly and effectively. We live in a quiet courtyard with friendly neighbors all around us. Our kids love going to play at the playground as well as going for a swim in the big ...

    The worth apartments ever... Dirty.. cockroaches... We have a good relationship with staff, and paid in time 2 years. But when we are moved out - they NOT returned our deposit (we cleaned everything perfect!) and ruined our credit history... WHY? The arrogant and shameless manager!

    I have lived at Brittany Springs for only 1 year, but I have to say I have really enjoyed living here. I live in a two-bedroom with my roommate and we live in the smaller of the two styles but it's still a fairly big space. Cat is the main person who works in the leasing office and has always been super helpful and great to work with. Whenever I have had a maintenance request, she usually puts in the request immediately and whatever needs to be fixed is done in a day or two. Furthermore, they ...
    have 24-hour maintenance team that lives in the complex which is great when things happen after office hours. The main problems we have run into have been bugs; primarily centipedes and ants. They came from the heat vent and seem to be there year round. Even when pest control came out to spray the apartment they still showed up. I have no idea what caused the ants, but the apartments beneath us had the same problem. Another issue we ran into was that if you don't reach Cat with a maintenance request, it seems to not get done. I have put in a few and every time it's someone else the request doesn't seem to go through for some reason. Also, sometimes the people in the apartment can be loud especially late at night, so if that bothers you, this place may not be for you. Other than that I truly recommended Brittany Springs to anyone looking to move into affordable, nice apartments. I'm sad to be moving from here.
