This property is deceiving. From the initial move in, the apartment was not clean and the washer and dryer were broke. It took 3 weeks for maintenance to determine that replacement appliances were needed. In 2024 there has been an issue monthly. One of the 2 elevators for the entire property was down for almost two months. This year alone there is an issue every month. May the storage area in the basement was flooded with significant damage to my items and other residents. June there were
...electrical issues with entry into the building. July 5th, there were electrical issues for entry/exit to the garage that is an additional $175/month. July 7th there was another flood. This time it affected residents on the 4th-6th floors, causing damage to residents on the floors items. For the amount of money that is paid for rent, there shouldn't be recurring issues. Hudson management does not immediately address issues that inconvenience residents. Nor do they deduct from monthly rent. For the second flood in July, there were huge fans/humidifiers placed in my apartment to remove moisture from the flood. The fan was extremely loud. I was not given a hotel voucher for a place to stay during this inconvenience.
