        I love it here at the Brookwood. The grounds are beautiful. It's located right in the middle of all the shopping, restaurants and even though one of the busiest intersections in Tucson, it's very quiet here.

        Do not move here. The worst apartments I’ve ever experienced, I cannot wait for my lease to be over, cockroaches everywhere and management has been aware for 8 MONTHS. They will not let us move out. We are finding them in our beds at this point and we keep this apartment spotless. We left a bag of take out in the table for 15 minutes and found about 6 roaches inside the bag.

        whatever you do do not live here. There are much better places out there, especially for what you’re gonna pay for here. You can find a much better options out there, especially within in unit laundry. But the laundry room alone is already so dirty. There’s cobwebs in every corner, holes in the wall the floors turn up. The trash in there looks disgusting and doesn’t have a trash bag in it ever. And it’s like they never clean the laundry room ever. Let alone they never open it on time. It says ...
        they open at 8 AM. But they never open it until like 12 PM. And it’s very consistent of how inconsistent they are. From the maintenance team to the office team. They are all just so full of themselves and don’t care about doing a good job. Don’t care about the people living there. And just the other day that they had turned off the water and they didn’t notify anybody until the next day. How annoying is that? It’s not the first time they didn’t notify people about something like they never notify people until after they do it. And then also we were paying for a parking spot and then all they had to do was just come and take it. All they said was that they needed it for somebody else even though we were already paying for it and using it and so now we don’t have an extra parking spot so now we have to park far away. And it’s absolutely ridiculous like I was already paying for it and they just stripped it from me. And everything’s so outdated does cockroaches everywhere. I’ve had so many issues in my apartment in the maintenance team never really fixed it so many issues when unfixed and so many issues they temporarily fix until it broke again. It is not a good team not a good management at all. Please don’t fall for these fake pictures of it looking nice cause it’s not. They are so uncoordinated they don’t know what they’re doing and it shows. And not to mention but so many parking issues too and the entrance is so horrible it messes up your car and you cant see cause its SOOO STEEP! But yeah so much more I could write about this place but I hope you get the idea from just this. But please whatever you do do not move in here. They do not care about you and they do not care about the complex. So whatever you do, don’t listen to these fake 5 Star reviews cause I promise everybody I’ve talked to here has said negative things about it.

        I have lived at Brookwood for 2 years and signed for another 13mofor 2025. I am in a 1br/1ba unit that is 750sqft. It has a dining room, a sliding glass door in the bedroom and another one in the living room, that open to the spacious patio or balcony. The staff is professional and the property is very well maintained. Highly recommended. Nobody else has 750sqft 1 bedroom apartments in Tuscan. I looked at 46 properties before moving here.

        Brookwood is a Great place to live. In my opinion, the Rent is very affordable (1-15 months). Concerning the following; * Location, *Common amenities (Gym, Pool, Laundry facilities and a Fence in Dog Park). Promises are well maintain ( Grass cut, common area amenities well maintained). *Units (Apartment) As I can only speak for myself, I’ve been very pleased. My unit was clean upon moving in. Regardless of a few discrepancies of my Unit ( Apt) upon taking receipt, They we’re all addressed in ...
