Management is terrible!
April 19, 2025The management does not care about its elderly residents! Last May, the central AC broke down and they took weeks to repair it despite the discomfort and potential health concerns for the elderly residents. This March and April, the elevators have been out of service and the management have yet to repair them. The staff are avoidant and confrontational. They hide in their office with the lights off.Property Manager Responded

Independent living at Burke Lake Gardens
April 16, 2017My mother lived here for about 13 years. She had a nice little apartment that was just the right size for her and enabled her to keep it clean and neat with a minimum of effort. The building was not fancy but well kept. The staff was friendly, helpful but not intrusive and provided security. They locked the doors every night and had someone man the desk 24 hours. They did not offer meals but frequently had gatherings where they supplied food. Each year I bought my mother a sheet cake for ...her birthday which she shared in the common area for all the residents. The residents would occasionally rent movies which they would show in the common area and anyone could use the library or an area of the common area to play cards or scrabble if they wished. The place is a hidden gem!Property Manager Responded
