Not worth the money
January 19, 2022Been here 4 years they keep raising the rent and not fixing or doing anything to justify it . Dog crap everywhere and dogs running around without leashes. Cannot use the clubhouse that they list, because of COVID the pool is out, ant then when they did open it, it was only open Monday through Saturday 9 to 5 so if you work sorry the pool is not for you. In order to get to the pool and laundry room if you have a walker or wheelchair you have to go all the way around the building because there's ...no ramp when it is 100+ or if it is raining that makes it hard for the disabled people. No windows in living room so it is so dark no lights in living room makes you feel like you're in a cave. No maintenance
August 13, 2019I've lived here for about a year and the unit I'm renting has completely fallen apart. I've spoke with the manager, office staff, and the maintenance crew, and NOTHING is being done. The ac has gone out multiple times, plumbing issues and theres 'nothing they can do'. DONT RECOMMEND.Review from Apartments.com
POOR
February 25, 2019I Don't recommend this place. Rent is TOO high, electric bill runs very high as well. They turn the water off, with no notice to tenants. This place is a joke.Property Manager Responded

When an emergency arises and it may be necessary to turn off the water, we are often unable to notify each and every resident as we generally have an excess water issue that needs to be contained. Don't judge a book by its cover
August 12, 2015I have lived here for a little over two years, and in my opinion, management is more concerned with the outside appearance of the complex than the inside. All appliances, windows, and cabinets are outdated. The complex has been here more than 20yrs, and nothing has ever been changed. I live upstairs, and in the summer my apt. gets so hot, and the air conditioning costs so much to run because it's runs almost constantly. They replaced it, but replaced it with another old unit. So, when I say, ..."don't judge a book by its cover", I mean they look nice on the outside but the inside sucks.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
