      Calypso has been a great place to live so far. The entire move in process from the the first tour to physically moving in was amazing thanks to Davis! He answered all of our questions, was so on top of things, and just made everything easier for us. We moved from a different state and I was very stressed at first, but Davis was with us every step of the way and did a fantastic job!

      I’ve honestly had such a great experience at Calypso Townhomes so far. The move-in process was super smooth, and Davis was amazing to work with.       This place has a mice infestation! This problem is impossible to resolve with baits outside the complex because the mice’s are already inside the house it’s inside the walls ! Avoid you a big problem !!!

Due to ongoing construction and land development in the area, it’s not uncommon for displaced rodents to seek new shelter. That said, the situation was quickly identified and has been under control for quite some time thanks to targeted treatments and preventative measures.
