February 6, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comPSA to all future residents: These apartments are nice, just like most apartments in Overland Park. What sets Cambridge Square aside is their customer service. We have had issues with communication since the day we looked into living here but the most recent incident is too much. I had my car towed for expired plates (which I was unaware of) with no phone calls, no email, no warning that this was going to happen. Had I been given any sort of warning, I would have immediately taken care of the ...issue. Instead, I spent over $300 to get my vehicle back. When I called the main office and spoke to Emily, she explained that she could not contact me to warn me in advance because she didn't know it was my car. She also explained that while it is in fact HER job to get that information from me upon move in, I should have known to provide her with that information when she didn't ask for it. Despite the fact that she admitted to me it is her responsibility to reach out and get this information, I continued to be blamed for not providing it to her. Not one time in the 2+ months that I have lived there did anyone reach out in regards to that information (she says she "may have" called me at some point, which I can confirm she didn't). This boils down to her making a mistake and failing to do her job properly and not having the integrity to own up to a mistake and make it right.Leer Más
Extremely Rude Staff

There seems to be a lack of professionalism and they are just insufferably rude. The staff comes across with this holier than thou attitude. July 19, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comMy husband and I have lived at Cambridge for 2 years, and we both have noticed the management has really gone downhill since they changed over last year (Fogelman Management). I think a different company started managing them last summer, and since then their communication is pretty poor. They fail to notify their residents in a timely manner when construction, maintenance, repaving, or anything is happening on the property. They treat the place like a hotel (barge in on you when you're sleeping) ...and not a place where people live, have busy lives, and need more than 1 days notice to move your car or you will be towed, for example. We are happy that we found a home and are leaving this complex! I wouldn't recommend living here. Plus, they fail to notify the residents when there has been a safety concern or theft on the property. Cars were broken into or stolen and management said NOTHING. This place sucks
July 28, 2016 - Reseña de Apartments.comWe have lived here for 3 months now and it is the worst experience either of us have had as renters ever. When we moved in the apartment was filthy; the kitchen cabinetry was falling apart and the grouted tiles were crumbling in some places. Within a week our air conditioning had gone out multiple times and we had corporate housing move a family in above us that left 3 small children alone all day at home to run around and scream above us all day. We can hear conversations from our neighbors ...homes within our bedrooms and bathrooms and when people are walking up above it sounds like it is in our apartment. We have identified mold issues within our residence and the service manager and property manager have refused to do anything about any of these issues. We pay for a quality home and we live in trash.Leer Más

The staff including Keela (management)were very attentive to my urgency for a nice, clean, safe and updated space for my son and I. Anytime I call everyone here is very friendly and addresses any concerns I may have about anything (even changing light bulbs). By far the best place I've lived in this area. It's right off the highway and close to a lot of shopping,food and fun places. It's pet and people friendly. The staff does donations/drives for ...animals, kids and families all year; happy hour and other fun events. I'll be looking for a house soon and I know I will truly miss this place. Oh and maintenance is pretty much same day give or take. I have no complaints my son and I truly love it here!! Most importantly we feel heard and SAFE!!Leer Más

Closest thing to a house I could find

My college age daughter lives with me in the summer and holidays and we wanted something that felt like a home in the same area our home was located. Our apartment is located right off of a major highway that circles around the entire city, which makes it very easy to get anywhere. We also have wonderful walking and bike trails within walking distance. The inside of our apartment has beautiful crown molding and ...big windows. The rooms are very spacious and the closets are huge. Each bathroom has a garden tub and shower. I have a wonderful office/ storage space off of the kitchen. The washer and dryer are right off of the kitchen and have great space to hang clothes to dry if needed. A large patio right off of the family room with french doors is my favorite part of the apartment. We have breakfast and dinner on the patio almost everyday. There is a large storage closet off the patio for additional storage. Moving from a 4 bedroom , 4 bath house into an apartment the storage was a very needed necessity and this apartment met the need. Pool and workout room are amazing. We even have a car wash in the complex. I love my new Casa.Leer Más
