      • Very good apartments

        We moved to the community last month, and the process was really easy thanks to Meg and Monica, who were always there for us. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The community is very quiet, nice and great, they have supermarkets, restaurants, gyms and entertainment nearby. It is a very good place to live.

        My husband, myself, and our dogs happily call Cameron Ridge of Champion Companies our home. They take great care of their lawn/outdoor spaces! And while I’m a homebody, the on-site gym and pool both are very nice! I haven’t had any problems with any tenants as long as I’ve lived here. Management is extremely friendly and eager to help. On-site maintenance and repair technicians work diligently and get our concerns addressed extremely quickly. I haven’t noticed any pests or vermin throughout the ...
        apartment complex. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill, family-vibe apartment complex.

        I recently moved in to Cameron Ridge Apartments. The office staff, specifically Meg, made the application/move in process really smooth. They are very friendly and communicative. Cameron Ridge is located in a great spot with a lot of restaurants around and an easy drive to Easton. They also have an app that makes paying rent and entering maintenance requests really easy. Overall it has been a really good experience so far!

        This is a great place to live! The apartment was nice and clean when it was first given to us. All the amenities are great! The maintenance crew takes care of any issues on the spot right away. The people in the office are also amazing! The area is really nice. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. The community is nice and respectful. Highly recommend this place!

        I've lived here for 3 years and I've never had any issue. The office and maintenance people are friendly, kind, and very understanding. I have a special needs teenager. If anyone has dealt with a special needs individual, you know how challenging they can be at times. He enjoys going to the club house and the pool. The office representatives and maintenance has never mistreated him because he would not hesitate to tell me if they did. Thank you Champion for being so amazing to me and my son.

        It’s really nice being here with all necessary amenities swimming pools and events food trucks .. It’s a perfect place to live. I made the right choice. It has been 8+ months and the stay has been wonderful. Apartments, neighborhood, walking area. Property is always well maintained, with clean common areas and well-kept grounds. Any time I’ve had a question or request, it’s been handled promptly and with such professionalism – I’ve had zero maintenance issues, which is such a relief! But ...
        regardless the office is very quick to attend to any needs. One of my favorite things about living here is the amazing sense of community. The residents are friendly and considerate, and the management hosts regular events that really help foster connections between neighbors. The location is perfect – close to everything that I need, yet peaceful and quiet at the same time. Overall, this is truly the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I feel lucky to call it home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place where you’re treated with care and respect.

        I have lived at Cameron Ridge for almost 10 years now and it has been lovely for the most part. There have been a few management changes throughout the years as well as a full renovation and everything has been great. Anything that may not have been great was addressed in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and responsive.
