March 23, 2026I was not impressed with these apartments. They were dark, the carpets needed replacing, the storage units looked a bit tacky, and there were no decks on upper levels. The "deck" on the 1st floor was so tiny it was useless. These are priced way too high for the amenities. Ive been looking at numerous apartments. These have so much untapped potential . June 26, 2024I loved my time here. The apartment was beautiful with all of the amenities I require, and a walk-in closet to boot. We tried not to be a bother, but the few times we needed maintenance they were hot to trot; you could put in a mtx request at 455 and they'd call to ask if you needed them then or if it could wait til morning, and sure as heck the next morning before the office opened they'd be knocking at your door. The only thing I'd say--and it's not a big enough deal that I'd take away a ...star--is I wish the apartments had hardwood floors. We got our puppy in the middle of a wet winter and she tracked paw prints all over the carpet, but we got a partial deposit back. When the time comes that we start apartment hunting again, we'll be giving them a call. We'll just invest in a good outdoor rug.Property Manager Responded

May 8, 2019I absolutely loved my apartment and the entire community. Since the complex is so close to the AFB there are a lot of military people living in the complex, which made me feel very safe as a woman living alone. My washer broke at one point, and the very next day they brought me a brand new one and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I had an amazing view, especially in the winter. They maintain the grounds very nicely, and plow frequently in the winter. If trains going by bothers you, it ...may not be the place for you, but I personally really enjoy seeing and hearing the trains going by. If I wasn’t moving out of state, I definitely would not be giving up my apartment at Canyon Bluffs!Property Manager Responded
