Greedy owener, Terrible place to live, poorly maintained
September 18, 2021This place is poorly maintained. Owners and the real managers of these apartments hide behind a phony office that is normally managed by a family who live in the rent-office for free and do the cover ups for the real managers. They never abide by whatever their lease terms and conditions. They suck up all of your deposit money and ask even more for rent of the months after you vacated the apartment with an appropriate one month advance notice.Reseña de Apartments.com
Worst management
June 30, 2021Cleaned the apartment with al standards there is; drip pans, batteries, light bulbs, filled in the holes in the walls that I had nothing to do with; showed the management the spotless apartment before returning the keys just so there is a witness. Security deposit was never sent; called them many times; nothing happened. RUN AWAY! don't get into the trap.Reseña de Apartments.com
Not the greatest
April 12, 2021They are cheap which is a plus when you need to budget, but these apartments need renovated and updated big time. They are infested with black mold and box elder bugs and are always smelly. I got sick living there from the black mold. They are old old buildings that have never been updated. The maintenance guy does the bare minimum for repairs and the land lords just live there as "property managers", the owners you never meet and cannot contact when in need of something, it has to go through the ...landlords who are slow at responding. I have even heard the maintenance guy talking poorly about tenants when he has been in their apartments and making fun of their belongings as well as telling tenants not to run the AC past a certain temperature...on the top floor and corner of the building...overall just a poor experience living here and it was not worth the cheap rent.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Excellent
April 9, 2018I loved the experience I had at these apartments. They were great for a couple that are frequently working and aren’t home a lot. The maintenance crew was especially good, they always kept the place in decent condition. Out of the 3 apartments I have rented in salt lake so far, these are my favorite.Reseña de Apartments.com

Very Corrupt Ownership
October 9, 2015This place is an absolute dump. It is poorly maintained and falling apart. The "maintenance" man will crudely patch up the issues, but not fully repaired or fix it. There was painted duct tape all over the walls. The apartment we lived in had black mold all over the bathroom from the upstairs tenants. They didn't cut it out- only painted over it. I was constantly sick living there. They also have huge cockroach and rodent issues. Ownership will look for every way to gouge money from you. They ...will charge you for the smallest thing- even problems they created. When we left- we spent 36 hours scrubbing the apartment. It was cleaner than when we moved in. We removed stains that were existing before our residency. We followed up for 2 months to get out deposit back only to find out that they are looking for ways to charge us and keep our money. July 21, 2015There is a constant need for upkeep in the Apartments of which it lacks. There are overly outdated appliances and a serious need of carpet change. It has a good rent price and has a pretty good location for what it offers. The apartments are very roomy and has all your basic needs. Also It is very difficult to feel appreciated for being a loyal and consistent rent payer. And it is very hard to get a hold of an owner because often times things aren't being done and the need to get in reach of ...someone with authority arise constantly. You get what you pay for
July 20, 2015These apartments have worked really good for my husband and I. There are bus stops right outside the apartment that go straight to my work place. We love the size of our two bedroom apartment but there are not many amenities, hence you get what you pay for. Having a window air conditioner will help with the heat in the summer. The apartments pay for water, trash and sewage. Only electric, no gas. Has washer and dryer hook ups so that's awesome.
