Carondelet Place Apartamentos

two rooms, kitchen, bathroom with the oldest ventilation system on earth that unbelievably still works but is very noisy. The walls are very very thin, you can hear your neighbors talking at a normal level through the walls and floors with no effort on your part to try to listen to them whatsoever. It is the dustiest place ever due to the train tracks being 75 feet away from the building, which halls the rail cars of those dangerous combustible liquids that were in the news a few months ago, and the building literally shakes when any train comes through. I am not quite comfortable living here knowing that. I can not afford anything expensive either. Money is a contributing factor as well. I deserve better than this point blank. I just pray that's all I can do and 'keep it moving forward'. Beatrice G, Saint Louis MO
