    The maintenance is outstanding at this apartment I requested maintenance one night and the next morning everything was repaired I have been here 2+ years and I’m very happy . the grounds and landscaping are beautiful and clean the apartment is very quiet. they must have very good insulation in walls. the staff in the office is also very nice and helpful.

  • Started Out Amazing

    I moved in Casitas 2 almost two years ago. I loved it. All my neighbors were respectable and quiet. By 9pm everyone was in for the night. All you heard were crickets. I never slept so well! Last summer I moved over to Casitas 1. Biggest mistake. My first neighbor moved in next door the same week I did. He was an inconsiderate jerk and the office did nothing about it. Didn't respond to any emails regarding any of the issues. It was up to myself and two other neighbors to keep calling Chandler ...
    police. After a couple of weeks, they were finally able to catch him and give him verbal warning regarding the issues. Behavior slightly improved and suddenly two weeks later he broke his lease and moved out. I thought I finally cought a break. New neighbor moved in about a week ago. He is defiantly an improvement, but he consistently smokes outside and it travels into my yard. And he decides to have extremely loud sex at midnight with his windows open preventing me from falling asleep. Shut the windows and dont do it up against the common wall! People on this side don't seem to care nearly as much about their surroundings as the other side. I regret coming over to this side. My lease is up and I'm still undecided about what I am going to do. I really like my physical casita, but hate everything surrounding it. Pros -individual Casitas are great, private backyard great -all the floor plans have a great flow and make usage of all space. Tons of windows and natural light -2 and 3 bedroom are detached -friendly front office as far as personalities go -awesome maintenance staff -Casitas 2 are great Cons -1 bedroom is not detached. I've been screwed with really crappy neighbors twice. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything -there are bugs and spiders EVERYWHERE in the yards -don't recommend Casitas 1 -office management: they are nice and I do think they sincerely care, but there is no follow up on any serious issues. I went months without a gate key and no one was eager to get me one that worked. I had to send emails weekly until it finally happened -no one ever answers the office phone, ever. You have to walk over to get anything done. - My whole section within the complex had serious issues with my first neighbor and I never had any of my emails responded to. -all I hear are ambulances and motorcycles all night long. I rarely heard any on the other side. Don't know if that is the location of my specific unit or just sides

    I moved here from broadstone fashion center apartment. Let me just say best dang decision I could have made. I walked into Casitas expecting another bad experience and this was not the case. Sarah my leasing agent was so GREAT. (Give her a raise)She took care of me and kept my son entertained the whole time. The whole office staff was so helpful and efficient. By far the easiest move in I have ever had. The property is well maintained and quiet too. I drive in and I don't even feel like I'm ...

  • Peaceful living community

    I have lived here for two years and for the most part it has been issue free. I am glad there are no speed bumps since it is a small community, however people need to remember 20-30miles an hour is too fast. There are no signs up to remind residents and guests to drive cautiously. I've almost been hit and backed into a few times. I also didn't realize the pool was open 24/7. No wonder I here loud parties at midnight during the week and on weekends.

  • Pros and Cons...

    The management company changed earlier this year and the new team on site is awesome- very helpful, personable, quick to respond to inquiries/issues. Maintenance is quick to fix problems. The units are nice enough, but you can tell they were built quickly and cheaply; sloppy paint jobs, stains on the floors of my brand new unit, PAPER THIN walls (you WILL hear your neighbors TV that they keep on level 70, the dogs people lave out to bark ALL day long, screaming kids playing in the street, anyone ...
    who walks past your door etc.) It's a safe gated property and a nice part of Chandler... if it wasn't for the cheap building units I'd have no complaints.

  • Love my home tremendously!!!!

    Hi my name is Rashel!!!! I live here at Casitas At San Marcos formerly known as Avilla at San Marcos I & II this has been my beautiful home for almost two years now and i couldn't be happier or more comfortable here, I love that my home is detached and that i have my own little yard, its basically like having a full size home but with less responsibility. I have no maintenance costs which is awesome! I have met a lot of my neighbors and they are all friendly, professional and sophisticated ...
    individuals. I also appreciate the fact that it is pet friendly here my pets are my family! I also love the beautiful well manicured landscape with flowers and a green grass pet play area and all the outdoor amenities like the bbq's, ramada's, picnic tables, golf putting green, gated entry gates, and the incredible pool area with a private his and hers bathroom with an outdoor shower to wash off the chlorine and the comfy outdoor patio furniture and pillows!! The new staff Kim, Megan and Taylor are very kind and professional and when there is a maintenance issue it is addressed promptly and efficiently. I also appreciate how attentive the staff is to all of us tenants. So, needless to say anyone and everyone that lives here loves it. I plan on renewing my lease thats for sure!! I cannot say enough about Casita At San Marcos i would reccomend this luxury home to anyone interested in making our beautiful community their home.
