Best apartment complex I've ever lived in!
May 6, 2025My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and love this place! All of the staff - from property management to the maintenance team - have been super kind and quick to help us if anything has come up. I feel nice and safe at Cedar Trace!
April 30, 2025my girlfriend and i moved in a couple of weeks ago and love it! we feel pretty safe here. so far i know there’s a police department and an urgent care really close! we toured with Will and he was very helpful with any questions we had before choosing the place. maintenance has also been very timely and helpful and explained what the issue was. everything has been wonderful and highly recommend living here!Property Manager Responded

It's in a great and safe area (right near the police department), they are timely with their maintenance issues, and have been very patient and communicate well if it ever comes down to issues regarding rent or utilities. A Wonderful Place to Live: Friendly Neighbors and No Issues
February 2, 2025My experience in this residence has been excellent. The apartments are clean and well-equipped, and the location is convenient with easy access to everything. The staff is always cooperative and attentive to the needs of the residents. Another great feature is the quick response of the maintenance team whenever needed. I haven’t faced any delays in resolving any technical or maintenance issues, which makes living here very comfortable. Great place to Live
January 28, 2025I moved in 9 months ago and recently renewed for another lease. The office staff is friendly and professional. The initial move in was smooth and easy. The renewal was a breeze as well. Despite many residents having pets, I rarely hear any noise and the area around my building is clean and well kept. Noise is rarely an issue, and during the winter so far, I have seen staff laying down salt on the walkways and maintaining the area. I have had one maintenance issue so far, a leaky faucet, and it ...was replaced the day after I submitted my work order. I had a cookie hanging on my door for my birthday and there are frequent fliers for community events, a pool party, Christmas cookies and donuts/juice in the office. November 3, 2021*This a real review* We have been here over a year now and I honestly can’t complain. I’ve been allowed to paint as long as we paint it back or pay someone to do it. The women in the office are very nice and cool. If you have an issue, they always answer the phone and take care of it ASAP. The maintenance men are awesome and always show up quick to fix whatever your problem is. Nice quiet neighborhood. No trash laying around. They keep the grass cut. Don’t have to pay extra for a dishwasher. Car ...has never been broken into. Park & community center is within walking and driving distance. Near Polaris. Close to gas stations and food/restaurants and stores. Lots of job opportunities in the area. Close to the highway. Pool is clean and safe. Highly recommend this complex. Neighbors are super friendly. They’ll help carry groceries, let you borrow tools and more. You can rent the garages too for storage or for your car. Really sad that my unit doesn’t allow pets but we have smaller pets like hamsters, bunnies, turtles, etc for alternatives. After covid we ran into a huge issue, and the women in the office were patient and helped us out a LOT. We’re SO thankful for them and maintenance. I would def recommend leasing with them. September 16, 2021If I could give them 0 stars, I would!! I have had issues with 2nd hand cigar and cigarette smoke permeating my apartment SO bad that I can hardly breathe, EVERYTHING smells like smoke AND it's made my COPD WORSE! Mgmt has REFUSED to do anything more than give me an air purifier. I have complained REPEATEDLY and in return, I got my tenancy terminated! Avoid this place at ALL COSTS!!Reseña de Apartments.com

August 26, 2020it’s pretty bad when you have countless complaints about the people who live above you everyday night n day .. but also the people who are direct above you but the whole top floor... parties and children crying running up n down stairs and late night phone call on the steps the whole neighborhood hears.. for hard working people to hear all day n night? nope my lease was 18 mos and i was ready to leave. office does not adhere to your complaints and cbus police can only do so much.. so happy to be ...gone in two days... it’s cheap but look what u get.. car broken into several times and disrespectful trashy neighbors i’d rather pay more in rent!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
I'm from out of state
October 26, 2019I'm from out of state, Michigan of all places. I bleed BLUE, but from the office the management was highly professional welcoming my family to Ohio. I went thru a user friendly process and I got my apartment. March 27, 2017This complex is close to everything! Polaris is less than 5 minutes away and access to 23 and 71 isn't much farther. The office and maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. I like that I can have my packages delivered to the office to pick up on the weekends when I'm off work (yes, this place has someone in the office both Saturday and Sunday).
