March 17, 2026I have lived at Cedar Trace/ Champion Companies going on 2 years. I can honestly say that the office staff are super helpful, friendly and always willing to help, even if they don’t have the answer at that moment, they will look into it and replied back within 24 hours. My experience with the maintenance staff has been just as great. They are friendly, and any request that I have summited, someone has come to check into request and have resolved promptly / in a timely manner. They didn’t mind ...answering my many questions. A follow-up email has always been sent to confirm if request has been reviewed and resolved. I have even see them out within the community picking up any litter. Cedar Trace/ Champion Companies are always doing raffles and little surprise activities to show appreciation to their residents. Cedar Trace/ Champion Companies is a quiet community with plenty of things to do within the Polaris and surrounding areas, including neighborhoods to walk my dog in. Green space and clean clean clean!
June 18, 2025Moving into this apartment was incredibly easy and convenient—I toured on Wednesday and was fully moved in by Saturday! From the very beginning, the staff has been responsive and genuinely caring, which made the transition feel seamless. One of my favorite things about living here is the spacious green areas. My dog and I both adore them,it’s such a peaceful perk that’s hard to find. The community feels very safe, and I’ve even made a few great connections with my neighbors. I feel nice and safe at Cedar Trace!
April 30, 2025my girlfriend and i moved in a couple of weeks ago and love it! we feel pretty safe here. so far i know there’s a police department and an urgent care really close! we toured with Will and he was very helpful with any questions we had before choosing the place. maintenance has also been very timely and helpful and explained what the issue was. everything has been wonderful and highly recommend living here!Property Manager Responded

A Wonderful Place to Live: Friendly Neighbors and No Issues
February 2, 2025My experience in this residence has been excellent. The apartments are clean and well-equipped, and the location is convenient with easy access to everything. The staff is always cooperative and attentive to the needs of the residents. Another great feature is the quick response of the maintenance team whenever needed. Great place to Live
January 28, 2025I moved in 9 months ago and recently renewed for another lease. The office staff is friendly and professional. The initial move in was smooth and easy. The renewal was a breeze as well. Despite many residents having pets, I rarely hear any noise and the area around my building is clean and well kept. Noise is rarely an issue, and during the winter so far, I have seen staff laying down salt on the walkways and maintaining the area. I have had one maintenance issue so far, a leaky faucet, and it ...was replaced the day after I submitted my work order. I had a cookie hanging on my door for my birthday and there are frequent fliers for community events, a pool party, Christmas cookies and donuts/juice in the office. November 3, 2021*This a real review* We have been here over a year now and I honestly can’t complain. I’ve been allowed to paint as long as we paint it back or pay someone to do it. The women in the office are very nice and cool. If you have an issue, they always answer the phone and take care of it ASAP. The maintenance men are awesome and always show up quick to fix whatever your problem is. Nice quiet neighborhood. No trash laying around. They keep the grass cut. Don’t have to pay extra for a dishwasher. Car ...has never been broken into. Park & community center is within walking and driving distance. Near Polaris. Close to gas stations and food/restaurants and stores. Lots of job opportunities in the area. Close to the highway. Pool is clean and safe. Highly recommend this complex. Neighbors are super friendly. They’ll help carry groceries, let you borrow tools and more. You can rent the garages too for storage or for your car. Really sad that my unit doesn’t allow pets but we have smaller pets like hamsters, bunnies, turtles, etc for alternatives. After covid we ran into a huge issue, and the women in the office were patient and helped us out a LOT. We’re SO thankful for them and maintenance. I would def recommend leasing with them.
