disconnect our central air unit outside yesterday before our trailer burned down from major electric issues. the motor was humming, but the fan wasnt spinning. Breaker panel was super hot. all during 90 degree weather. We would not have even caught this issue, but our dryer and stove stopped producing heat. Both are BRAND NEW! most likely the HVAC unit, stove, dryer/washer, and some lighting are all hooked up to the same circuit. Power surge coming from HVAC system completely destroying the heating elements in our dryer and stove simultaneously. the company owner the park goes through to "fix" stuff DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING! if he did know, they would have identified this problem the 4 times he was out here to "fix" it. Considering he installed it himself, he should know the issue. Never told us once about any risks of continued use. Always told us we could continue using the system. Even told us about a 1 year warranty on the HVAC system, also confirmed by the female rep at the park office to be true, WHICH ACTUALLY WASNT TRUE AT ALL! now that guy does NOT want to come back out to our house because apparently he has TOO MUCH WORK? Are you kidding me!? HOW UNPROFFESIONAL CAN YOU BE!? They have lied to us and allowed us to continue using a faulty HVAC SYSTEM FROM DAY 1 of moving in. Now, since things have taken a turn for the worse, the problem has finally been identified. we cant say for certain how much more damaged was caused by this, but rest assured we are finding out. It really feels like we are being setup and scammed. 6 months moving into this place and its been an absolute nightmare. These people DO NOT CARE! They are already telling us that we bought as is. WE DIDNT SIGN UP FOR THIS! Based on my experience here after 6 months, id say this place is run by very, desperately greedy individuals, that would stoop as low as to sabotage their very residents for a buck.
