October 1, 2025I feel very safe and I haven't met any one with a bad attitude here. I would refer anyone to the ballpark. My only downside for it is , I wish that they would wash the hallways and the stairs .Property Manager Responded

September 26, 2025So far everyone is quiet and respectful of others space. The only complaint is people allowing dogs to defecate in the mulch area in front of apartments when there are designated areas 15 feet away.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2025I wish the property would be clean.The breezeway still dirty and stained.It was pressure washed but the stains still there.Big stains on front of the door and the stairway. They need to paint the floor of the breezeways to cover the big oily stains.Lots of people smoke on our building. It was supposed to be a non smoking property.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025Breezeways needs to be clean. Very dirty!!! Construction in front of our building and is very noisy,lots of dust on the cars in the parking lot.The furniture on the patio is full of dust every day. We were not notified about the construction.We have to endure all the noise and dust. People smoking every day in our building. We told the office stuff about all of this. No action yet! (3 years of being here)Property Manager Responded
