My husband and I live in our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with our dog. My 21 year old son lives with us when he is home from college. The apartment is fairly spacious. We also have a patio which gives us some extra room. The walk in closet space in each bedroom is sufficient, Thee is a lot of shelving which helps with storage. Each bathroom is big but could use more cabinet space and more lighting. We have hardwood floors in the living room and dining area which is nice. Each bedroom
...has wall to wall carpeting which is soft and easy to maintain. The kitchen area is small and could use more cabinet space. The apartment has a nice laundry room with more shelving which is helpful for storage. The washer and dryer is full size which is great. The building well maintained and is kept clean which can be hard since this is a dog-friendly building. The lobby is big with many different seating areas with TV's and a Star Bucks coffee machine which is quite an attraction. And some mornings the building provides a continental breakfast. There is a also a large kitchen area that opens up into the lobby where the building hosts different fun events, such as wine tasting, vodka tasting, wine and chees gathering, pizza party, taco night, make you own ice cream sundae. There was even a treat tasting for the dogs. The building has a gym, movie theatre room, a video game room, a meeting room, and a pool table in the lobby. There is outdoor pool with 2 gas grills available to tenants and tables for dining. There is a courtyard with 2 more gas grills and more tables for outside dining. The staff is friendly and courteous. Our dog likes it here and has made many friends with other dogs and with people. We also like it here and we have made many friends. Although we have our privacy, we can always meet people in the lobby having a cup of coffee, by the pool, sitting in courtyard, or walking the dog.
