Wasn’t very pleased
March 23, 2026I had a pretty disappointing experience living here, and ultimately decided to move out. One of the biggest issues was the lack of basic amenities that most apartments offer as standard. For example, there were no dishwashers in the units, which is honestly surprising for the price point and in this day and age. It made daily living unnecessarily inconvenient. Beyond that, it just felt like the apartment was missing several small but important features that you’d normally expect—things that make ...a place actually comfortable and functional. Instead, it felt outdated and not designed with tenants’ needs in mind. For what you’re paying, you can definitely find places that offer far more in terms of convenience and quality. Terrible apartments
March 21, 2026My husband and I recently moved out of this apartment complex, and honestly, we wish we had done it sooner. When we first moved in, we tried to stay optimistic, but over time it became clear that this place just doesn’t meet even basic expectations. For starters, there aren’t even dishwashers in the units, which feels pretty outdated for the price you’re paying. A lot of the amenities you’d expect just aren’t there, and the ones that are advertised don’t really live up to what you’d ...think. Maintenance was probably the most frustrating part. Requests would take forever to get addressed, and when they finally were, the fixes felt rushed or incomplete. It got to the point where we stopped expecting anything to be done properly. Overall, it just felt like management didn’t really care about the residents or keeping the property up. We tried to make it work, but between the lack of amenities and poor maintenance, it wasn’t worth it. Best in Richmond
January 31, 2025I have been here almost 2 years and have been very happy here. The new buildings are clean and modern, and you can tell they put thought into the upgrades. The neighborhood feels safe and I have never had noisey neighbors. Convenient location to hospital, highway, grocery, gas and some fast food while still feeling tucked away in the quiet. The few minor maintenance issues I’ve had have always been resolved the next day. Pool is decent enough for summer though can be crowded. Fantastic property
April 27, 2024The new rises towards the back is what I lived in my year here in Richmond, IN. The complex is great - quiet, somewhat sleepy although that is the town in general. A few things of note: 1. Multiple law enforcement officers live in the complex and their cars are visible, which makes me feel a bit safer. 2. Plenty of parking, I never had a problem getting a spot. 3. Small park nearby with an open field and a basketball net. Great for spring/summer. 4. The wall to wall insulation is fantastic, never ...heard my next door neighbors. Top to bottom is a bit thinner but nowhere near paper thin. 5. Location - fantastic spot. Near Meijer, 3 gas stations, McD's, Subway, Taco Bell, Reid hospital and ER, I-70, IU East, US 27. Really in a good spot and not near the crappy neighborhoods (southwest side) The only thing I don't like are the dog owners around here, I've seen a lot of dog waste on the ground even though there are plenty of signs to pick up and those doggy bag stations around.
