No After-Hour Support & Poor Customer Service
August 1, 2025All these reviews about the staff, technology package and grounds is spot on! Unfortunately…. If you work from home, do not rent here. If you do you will need to invest in a great hotspot. I attached a photo of the current satellite that feeds the entire community which is why you will need another streaming provider. Yes, it’s always open like this. To top it off, there is no emergency contact or support. Your AC goes out on a Friday, you will have no one contact you until you GO IN the office ...after 9am when they open. They will not pick up the phone or return calls. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Even in this heat. I’ve also heard dogs are getting sick from the grass being over watered filled with bacteria. Thank goodness I don’t have a pet!Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2021Christopher Todd is a great place to live , very modern and updated with todays lifestyle in mind! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needed a place to rent and didnt want to live in an apartment, it is the next best thing to a home, With everything one needs ,including dog doors!!!
