Great apartment in a great spot!
May 28, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWe leased the midrise for a year when we relocated for work and it was a great decision. The unit was well maintained and the staff kept the premises regularly tidy. The maintenance staff was responsive to requests, and Rose the property manager was a pleasure to work with. This, topped with a hard to beat location near downtown Bellevue with easy access to the 405 and 90, made this perfect for us. Would recommend.

May 30, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comMoved in 3 months ago and the apartments are quiet. Neighbors are friendly. You can walk 10 minutes to the Trader Joe’s and PCC market and 15 minutes to the Bellevue Botanic Garden. There is a rooftop patio and a lounge room if you want a small space to occasionally host events. They are prompt with maintenance requests. Best of all, the property manager Sarah really cares about the tenants
