worst management ever

Worst apartments ever, apartments are old and AC don’t work. It’s always super hot. Water bill is also super high always over 100$. Even when I wasn’t in my apartment for over a month, water bill was still 150$, I complained and asked them to check for leak but they said that’s usual bill. If you complain about anything they say they will get back to you and never get back. Stay away!!!!!

Upstairs bedroom is super hot

I think is nice place and nice area but problem is upstairs bedroom is super hot when we ask for fix they said it’s like that after that they never fix the problem today I went to the upstairs bedroom I can’t stay for few seconds because my face like burn. We face this problem from last year but still it’s same as it .

For the sake of your children, for the safe of your mother, for the sake of your wife please do not say in this apartment. No matter how great you think the apartment looks, all it takes is to live here for a week to realize this is one of the worst apartment to live in. For over a month now, my apartment has been over 89 degrees.. so If you don’t mind your AC not working especially in this hot weather, if you don’t mind roaches, leaks from the roof whenever there is rain, leaks from the AC, ...
staffs that doesn’t care about you as long as they are getting paid, a technician that doesn’t know what he’s doing.....Then this is probably a great place for you.

pros: always hot water- maintenance responses have been good- cons: parking is difficult- not enough parking spaces-- you have to carry trash to trash bins - not enough storage in bathroom or kitchen

I've been living here 7 months now and it's not the best but it's not the worst either. Its just average nothing special. The best thing about this place is the floorplan and its small community size. For me I am big on customer service and the service here is mediocre, not horrible but not good either. They almost act as if they are doing you a favor. The parking is horrible and there is no option to pay for your own space. Also they contract with a predatory towing service. I don't believe ...
residents should be harassed where they pay rent. I tend to go for space over modern amenentities but this place needs some updates for the price. Hope this helps someone

My name is phillip, and I just had to say how satisfied I am being here at Colinas Pointe. I been over six years but ever since the new management took over Heather and her amazing crew has been phenomenal. They really care about the tenants and it shows. I love this place!!!! Great job they do!!!

They renovated the place so you cant tell unless you look at the dirty vents and old looking cabinets. New fridge,oven,microwave.... but when we were moving in, I saw a roach under the sink and two crawling around. Not a day goes by when we dont see at least one! They sprayed two weeks ago and it seems like nothing happens for ONE day. Kids are playing by my apts is noisy, thin walls and the neighbors sewer,shower,sink or whatever it is is noisy.I dont know if people on the second floor are ...
having these problems with bugs, but this place is too much to handle bugs!

the previous review is correct when I moved into my apartment the drawers & cabinets had been paint and the bugs that were inside them had been painted over the only thing that was fixed from the renovation was the leasing off and the "fitness center " has 2 pieces of equipment in it. They people in the office blames everything on the management that was there before them but I just moved to these apartments this year and they had already taken over. The water was off several times and they ...
didn't bother to notify the tenants at all.. This is the worst place I've ever stayed and it's all due to the current management in the office!!
