I have call Colonial Park "HOME" for over 8 years, I love my apartment, LOVE the new laundry machines that work with an app, I have 24/7 on call emergency that works really good, and they ladies at the office are been always good to me. Carolina has always help me when need it. Overall very happy:) Shirley.

It's not excellent I've been here not quiet a year yet dropped my rent in the night box for the 1st along with the water bill but came home to a 3 day notice attached to my door saying I owe an additional $135 not sure how this came about or what's the $135 for I havent signed a new lease nor was the payment late instead of calling reaching out if there was such a change how come I wasnt properly notified if that was the case I made a complaint about the door knob being broke do you think they ...
replaced it nope just tried to tighten up the screws in it..this place is very Unprofessional is some areas and could use some improvement

Carolina is a very understanding person ...Even in certain circumstances she will make sure you are ok.. Carolina is very fair and nice if something break in your apartment maintenance will take care of it asap!! So if you have any problems contact Carolina she will take care of it! They have a nice service.

I saw bad reviews ,maybe a frustrated bad tenant, ofcourse you'll be charge if you don't pay on time like any other service. Anyway the lady's in the office always tried to advice you. The maintenance is good enough when you need something fix, they even have an emergency number 24/7 that really work, you don't see that in many places..

I have live in Colonial Park for over 4 years and Carolina had always been nice and professional, she help me keep my apartment when I was having financial difficulties and for that I am super grateful.

Carolina is very unprofessional, rude and treats everyone very bad, she has her husband working there and she profits from evicting buy keeping what is left behind. The water is a trick and they profit from it. This place is over priced and full of roaches.

Carolina is the property manager who treat everyone like low life. If you have to complain or fight over overcharging I suggest you go directly to Banta Property. Cause Carolina won't budge... The place is ready to charge for everythi ng even breathing the rent is over charge for the quality you get. I dont suggest you pay water with Colonial Park because they charge 10% to everything that is 5 day late. But the water company itself doesn't even charge a late fee so someone is profiting. Please ...
dont move here unless they change management. Once my lease is up i'm out... Please bad service, awful maintains, over over charging.
