My experience with this apartment complex has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I came to visit, the office staff (Ms. McKinney) made me feel right at home, she gave me an excellent tour, and fully informed me of all the future expenses if I chose to call the Colonnade home. Nealea made this move as painless as possible, and she was an absolute joy to work with. After moving in, I love the Colonnade 10x more than when I first came to visit! The location is great! ...to everything you could ever imagine. The actual property that the complex sits on is beautiful, and full of amenities! Personally, I love the esthetic of the big beautiful trees, the swimming pools, and the 24 hour fitness center is a big plus. As far as the actually apartment homes go; they completely exceeded my expectations. The homes themselves are spacious and very private. I never hear any sort of sound disturbances from other residents near by. The stairways and hallways are always clean and well lit. The homes come with great quality appliances, and washers & dryers are included. I could not be more happy with my decision to live here, and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonably priced apartment home, in a safe location, with exceptional amenities.
